The guy pouring was so nice and knowledgeable. We liked the wine so much we grabbed a bottle and decided to drink it there. Added bonus: since it was one of the featured wines, the corkage was free. Bottlecraft is a bottle shop, bar, and cheese shop all in one small, perfectly curated space. They have a lovely outdoor seating area and some indoor seating as well. There are TVs inside, so we were able to catch some exciting March Madness moments while we hung out. When we paid, the host was super friendly and brought us a little ice bucket to keep our chilled wine cold, along with two glasses, and let us choose any table we wanted. They have a wide selection of beers on tap, plus tons of bottles and cans to go. I also appreciate the large section of canned mocktails and NA beers -- love seeing that. They carry wine, beer, vermouth, and more. In the back, tucked away, is Venissimo Cheese, which is amazing. You can order cheese plates, sandwiches, and other goodies to enjoy with your drinks. "We don't buy for particular price points, but we like to sell wines that we enjoy, no matter the price." I bought a mixed case, and I was hooked. Every few months I would stop by, and buy a mixed case. I learned to ask, How much of this is available? If I liked it, I would call and reserve a case. Today, I stopped by to pick up a mixed case for the holidays. I had a photo on my phone of some bottles I had bought during a previous visit, hoping to buy more. I asked someone, Are any of these still available? His response, "Yes, No, Yes, and Yes." And before I could ask where they were, he said " Look out behind you. We're loading new inventory. Can you please get out of the way? " So I got out of the way. There were 2 or 3 people delivering wine, and a few more stocking and organizing. But there were no other customers in the store. Nobody bothered to ask me, "Can I help you?" I've never felt so invisible in my entire life. I wandered through the aisles, found a few bottles, paid for them, and left. I know the holidays are a busy time, but this was a Wed morning, about 10AM. And this is the last time I will shop there.
