Instead, the owner coordinated with my tenant, and the stove was fixed in a timely manner. The bill was sent via text to me which allowed me to stay home and tend to other matters instead of driving 60 miles to Winchester. I own a duplex which means I have double the number of appliances. He provided a rapid response (based on our schedule) to our request to get the alien noise out of our two year old side by side refrigerator. He arrived on time, determined the part that needed to be ordered and installed it quickly upon return. Took the time to instruct us on the preventive maintenance schedule we can perform ourselves to keep the unit in good shape for the future. Mr. Hoyt himself is incredibly knowledgeable with vast experience that is not typically found in the service industry. I just hope he is training someone to follow in his footsteps...
