I waited 6 weeks to get my washing machine repaired. The technician came today and told me it was fixed. I went in the utility room to wash a load of clothes. It will not work, I tried to call him back on his number he called me on to let me know he was on his way, and he would not answer. I called several times, left a message and have NOT heard back from him. I called the benefits department and they assured me that they would get in touch with him to come back today and fix my water before he gets off work. They promised me he would come back today. He worked on it and replaced several parts but it is not fixed. He should not have left before he knew if it was working. read more

Great job. My washer quit working on Saturday, July 13th and Raymond was here on Monday, July 15th before noon. He was very nice and thorough in checking the problem and advising the cost of repair. My warranty had expired last year and I opted to purchase a new washing machine due to the cost of the repair. read more
