    Great customer service. I hadn't been to a sears in a while because of issues from a few years back, but I was pleasantly surprised.

    I placed an order for a pellet stove igniter on April 1, 2026 at 11:57 AM. I was told I would be…read morecontacted when the part shipped or arrived. That never happened. After nearly three weeks with no communication, I called on April 20 at 10:31 AM and was told someone would check on it and call me back. Once again, no follow-up. At 2:50 PM, my son called and was suddenly told the part was in. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the part "technically" wasn't my son's--even though it was the exact same item. The shipping label clearly had my son's name on it, and tracking shows it was delivered on April 15 at 3:05 PM. That means the part had been sitting there for five days with no notification. On top of that, I also asked about another part--a blower motor that was ordered back in January 2026. I was told my son had already picked it up. While he did pick up one previously, he had ordered an additional blower motor to have on hand. We have never been contacted about that order, have not received it, and have heard nothing about its status. This is unacceptable. The lack of communication, failure to follow through, and contradictory information is not just frustrating--it's poor business practice. Trying to claim the part wasn't ours when the label clearly shows otherwise only makes the situation worse. If customers are expected to wait, the least you can do is communicate honestly and follow through on what you say. This experience shows a serious lack of organization and accountability, and bad business practice
