This is the best store I've ever been to! The owners are two of the most amazing people you will ever meet. I am a customer for life! They helped my wife and I get a new washer and dryer that she loves. They delivered the new ones earlier than expected and also hauled off the old ones! Amazing people with great products! read more

Worst customer service ever! Bought a weedeater less than a month ago which broke. I could not locate the original receipt but had the credit card receipt with the charge on it. There was no record of the transaction in their data base, even though there were transactions from years ago. They would not even consider helping me. I then left my contact information and asked to have the manager call me, which they never did. The person I talked with originally was rude and treated me as if I was trying to get a free weedeater, even to the point of accusing me of buying it elsewhere and trying to return it there. I am 54 years old and am certainly not a thief, plus I have a witness that was with me when I purchased it. Shame on you Sears read more

I am so happy with this place. My old refridgerator died,I mean really died--compressor quit and everything was defrosting. We needed a new one NOW. But I was working, and busy and they close before I get off work. I called them, told then my dilemma. I came in during my lunch hour and quickly picked one out--they had a decent selection at good prices for a smaller store in a smaller town. We discussed options, and they got me in and out quickly--the fridge was delivered the next morning. They showed up on time, set it up, dragged out the old dead one and were done in short order. I could not have been happier. I talked with 4-5 people through the whole process, everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. This was way cool......I wish my sofa purchase at a different store had gone this smoothly. read more

I purchased a kenmore convection oven. I also purchased a service plan with this. so I paid 1000.00 by the time all of that was added in. I was also told that they only deliver to the house, but would not take it in. I'm a business owner, I understand policy! ok, so that tells me I need to make sure I know exactly when they will be coming, to make sure there is enough hands to get the stove in the house. I call Saturday to confirm time. i was told by Phil (owner) that since it's just a stove they would be able to help get it into the house. I'm thinking wow how nice of them, now that's good customer service! so with that said, my brother offers to just handle it for me, since i am out of town. So they arrive, I was told they are the owners Stephanie and Phil, they unload it get it to first step. Stephanie says "WELLTHAT'S AS FAR AS WE GO! THIS IS ALL YOU GET FOR FREE!" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SERIOUSLY!!!!! THEY LITERALLY TOOK THE APPLIANCE DOLLY AND LEFT THE STOVE SITTING THERE WITH MY BROTHER WHO HAS POOR HEALTH ALL BY HIMSELF!!!!!!!!! if stephanie would have said I'm sorry sir, but our policy doesn't allow us to go any further, that would have been a lot more tolerable than having her be so rude and condescending!!! I have always bought my BBQ, mowers, ect....from this store. I will never ever do this again! and I will not hesitate for one minute from sharing this opinion with anyone I meet! it's worth driving to rapid, at least you know your business would be appreciated. If I would of been offered the option to pay more at that point to have help from them I would have, however it wasn't a option she obviously just didn't care. my brother would have given them more money if they would have said, hey we will for this much more!....just the most unbelievable, worst customer service I have ever had !!!!!! obviously this treatment didn't leave me speechless. I hope this experience and my opinion can keep someone else from being mistreated. read more
