I love having a Local Sears Hometown Store in Trinidad Colorado. Cindy and her Family who run the store are so pleasant and easy to work with, they make a person feel as though they are dealing with Family rather than salespeople. For a small town store Sears has everything that one needs and they will happily order whatever you want if it is not in stock. I will only purchase appliances and mattresses as well as large tool items such as wood chippers and rototillers from Sears as the quality is very good. We had a 3 mos 4 days old refrigerater that we bought at Trinidad Sears hometown blowing breakers. I called for help and service from our store owner was excellent and patient. She helped me with the manufacturer requests several times. I highly recommend using this resource for appliance purchases and help in getting service on warrenties. I purchased a King size mattress several months ago. I visited several other stores (American Furniture and Furniture Row) before settling on one from Sears. The Mattress is fantastic. The lady that works here is just an awful human being. Do yourself a favor and drive to Pueblo or Colorado Springs to buy appliances.
