Shortly after arriving I received the typical vision tests with 3 different devices, had my eyes dilated and was directed to the very small waiting. The office is small with limited parking on the side. The time is now almost 5pm and I'm still waiting. Very soon I will be here 2 hours without seeing the doctor. A two hour wait is unacceptable regardless of the popularity of the eye doctor. You can be sure I will not be returning after obtaining my vision script. I doubt the wait is worth it. 4:45 and am now sitting in the exam chair and waiting. I plan to get this over and never come back.

Staff were not warm or welcoming, but cold and uninterested. My appointment took well over an hour with plenty of waiting in between. I told them what contacts I wear and that I like them and they decided to put me in different contacts without even asking if I was interested. I'm glad I only need to visit once a year because this is not a pleasant experience.
