I use to love him referred alot of people to his office. But the last eye exam was horrible. He was running thr office by himself. Then after the eye exam I went picked out my glasses paid for them and that was it. It's been over 6 months and still haven't got my glasses. I called multiple times and texted was given the run around that my lense cracked while cleaning them and they had to send them back to get another pair. I contact my credit card company. They refunded me and supposedly investigating the situation. Now got to find another eye doctor because I won't go back to him again. read more

possibly the worst group to go to in a very bad example of an eye doctor. Three or four months ago I went in for a yearly exam and contact fitting and here it February and I have still yet got a hold of phone to come in to get actual contacts. read more

A few years back my husband had a appointment at Access Vision, when they called him back I got up to go with him due to him having trouble walking. They told me no one was allowed back with him and they would take very good care of him. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later I heard my husband saying "help me help me". They had let him fall off the stool he was sitting on. I went straight back to where he was and the receptionist telling me "you can't go back there!". I took a second to tell her to try and stop me. I helped him up and we left before seeing the doctor. Then they had nerve enough to send a bill when he didn't even see the doctor. I would recommend that place to anyone. read more

You'll never see the glasses you paid hundreds for. Just go to Walmart. This is the least efficient vision center I've ever been to.

Wouldn't recommend this place wife's glasses arm fell of go to office they tell us we need to pay 20.00 because this is the warranty fee they don't charge it tell you need it. The office staff told me I couldn't speak to Dr. Gomez they handle all patients he doesn't speak to patients. A doctor who won't talk to you wow. Won't be going back there. We haven't had the glasses a year now my daughters glasses arms are wobbling and she hasn't had them 6'months. Just food for thought people go where you get good service . STAY AWAY! This is the absolute WORST eye center I have EVER had the displeasure of going to in my LIFE! ALL their prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive, absolutely NONE of the frames have ANY price tags on them whatsoever, (so you have no idea how much any of the glasses even cost!) & the staff are some of THE rudest I have EVER come across. Paid $250 dollars out of pocket for glasses & contacts, (& that was only for the portion my insurance DIDN'T cover!) & when I got my glasses, they were SO loose, they fell right off my face. So, I had to drive all the way back across town to have them tightened & properly adjusted. It took the woman 3xs & they STILL weren't properly fitted when I got them home. I gave up on the adjustments by that point, didn't even care! Then, when I went to actually wear them for the first time the next morning, I put them on & looked in the mirror, only to realize they were the COMPLETELY WRONG FRAMES! (NOT the frames I'd actually ORDERED OR PICKED OUT!) So, I drove ALL the way back across town yet AGAIN, went in, & very calmly & politely tried to describe the situation to the woman at the front desk, only to be treated SO incredibly rudely. She rolled her eyes at me, got THE nastiest attitude, told me it COULDN'T possibly be THEIR mistake, & treated me as though I was CRAZY. Why would I lie about something like that? & how would I also be able to describe in FULL & perfect detail what the frames looked like that I was SUPPOSED to get?!? They offered to replace the glasses eventually & told me I could "pay the difference," but at this point, I want absolutely NOTHING else to do with them! I simply want a FULL refund for EVERYTHING other than my actual eye exam & I'll take my prescription, business, & MONEY elsewhere! (Literally, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!) THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Basically, high prices for incredibly low quality. The doctor is good & I felt he gave me a quality exam! But, too bad he probably isn't aware that his rude, boneheaded female staff out front are running his business straight into the ground. Just about every one of them deserve to be fired, as they aren't competent or capable of even being able to do the simplest of tasks correctly! This was my VERY first & my absolute LAST visit to this joke of an establishment. Way to do 'customer service' there Access Vision!
