But, apparently the company's staff has changed and they don't have the customer's best interests anymore. So, regarding this edit, a different issue occurred with a tech for over-spraying their natural (?) pesticides on our ornamentals/trees which has caused a lot of damage to our eight 20+ ft Junipers. Coincidentally we had taken a photo of said trees day before the damaging spraying. Junipers have struggled to come back from this damage and looks like we're going to lose one. Called HULETT to discuss what had happened at that time. They were dismissive and did nothing to help/correct what was done. We cancelled that separate part of our contract with them because of that. After we reached out again since then, they recently sent out another rep to look over the damage. He was very understanding and said he was very surprised by the lack of support from HULETT and would be resolved. We just Rcvd an email with a new higher quote to re-contract with them for pest control. No resolve, nothing pertaining to them taking accountability for their mistake or even a discussion of what's to be done going forward. I can't recommend this company any longer.

This business is horribly unreliable and continually changes your appointment schedule without your…read moreknowledge. This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.

This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Pricing was very reasonable and it was one of the factors when making my decision on which company to choose. I needed preventative care, and it was exactly what I got. Highly recommend, and Gustavo is wonderful, he even played with my dog for a min.

They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation.
