The appointment was confirmed and I received text updates 48 hours prior to my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a message with an eta for Gustavo. He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Scammers/crooks and negligent on top of that. On google 3000+ 5* reviews without a single other review should be suspicious enough. We saw a mouse in the garage so we called. They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation. read more

it has been a month since native came into my home and did an inspection and quoted me over $6000 for a 2 bedroom home. It has been a month now and all my issues were resolved by another company for about $1000. BUYER BEWARE. this company Native Pest Solutions is out to SCAM. The rep terrified me telling me my realtor, inspector and seller of the home had all scammed behind us and so many terrible pest problems fell through the cracks of the inspection that we had some MAJOR issues in and around the home. After I told the rep that I would think about it (i was going to call and get another quote) he came back to my home 20 minutes later and knocked $2000 off the quote since I saw the referral from online local influence Alix Galey. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Extremely shady to charge over $5000 the local cost of a job. I feel bad for the people who get so scared into this. read more

BEWARE!! When I first hired this company to treat my home, inside and out, Native made it sound as though my problem would be fixed. Unfortunately the services that keep getting provided, is NOT fixing the problem of cockroaches and large black ants. I have had them out on several calls, with no solution. They have made promises that their technicians would provide a call prior to arrival, which has not happened. The last appointment they only did half the service, outside, and never informed me they were here. I had to take the day off from work in order to get service done, both inside and outside of my home. After explaining this to an individual named Matt, he proceeded to inform me that there will be an additional charge of $250 to break the contract. Even though I'm not satisfied and paid an upfront cost as well as a monthly cost. Don't let this company lock you into a contract and then force you to use them because you HAVE TO, not because you WANT to. read more

Trash company. Trash service. Called them for mosquitos. Not even 2 weeks in its like they never came and did anything as i still have the same issue. Called to cancel. Found out i was never even signed up for their "mosquito package" even though that is the main reason i called and i made that known when i first called. Said i want to cancel, they charge a 250$ cancelation fee. So paid 450$ for a service that was not provided at all, and i still have the same issue. I originally had left a great review for the 2 guys who did an exclusion for rats. I later saw that David and Fabrizio hadn't done as good of a job as I thought. It's a shame because they missed a big entry point for the rat - even though I had pointed it out to them) My situation got much better when CLYDE came for a re-check. Finally- at the 4th visit- someone listened to what I was saying and took appropriate steps. I kinda feel like CLYDE is the only one who was able to and cared enough to go the extra mile. I'm now feeling better about the situation... but it did take 4 visits to get things going in the right direction. read more
