I can't say enough good things about Chris and how he helped me buy and sell my property. In 2010, I was looking to buy a rental property in Ventura County. I wasn't quite sure what to buy and I had no experience with rental properties. Chris patiently educated me on what to look for and how the numbers would allow me to earn positive cash flow. With Chris's help, I was able to buy a small condo in Santa Paula. He made the whole process so simple and I was able to close on the property very quickly.
