Seems this "company" is run by one person who never answers the phone and rarely responds to callers. Even the time given on the voicemail to leave a message will quickly cut you off, making it impossible for you to leave a legible message. Someone eventually calls you back every few days...frustrating when you are desperate to get domestic help :( read more

The entire time we discussed the potential positions, she was prompt in responding to emails as well as with the brief conversation we had over the phone; she said she would call me at a particular time, and she called on the dot! She was very informative of the company, and clear in what would be required of me in the interview. I actually ended up taking a position before I had the chance to have the actual interview. I emailed her to tell her I would no longer be able to come to the interview, and she still responded and congratulated me and everything!
