This isn't the first time that my massage was interrupted, the last time was due to phone calls. I came back as they do a good job other than the interruptions but I won't be back again. My advice would be to only allow appointments and/or have a receptionist at the front that can assist with appointment scheduling. Oh & there is a service fee for using cards.
