Hibiscus is calm and peaceful and well-organized and Winston , Monica, and Dolores provide loving care for the residents. They have a lovely home that is meticulously clean and safe and I never had any cause to believe that our family member was getting anything other than the very best care. A group home is a great alternative to a large facility, especially if you or your loved ones have a limited budget. The caregivers that work at this home are so loving and caring. The couple who own this home are so nice and have much experience in this business. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the home is always clean and tidy. It isn't a fancy or new home by any means, but it's clean and the caregivers are wonderful, what else can you ask for. They don't often have available beds, but if you can get your loved one in here you will be happy that you did.

They attempt to redirect with harsh verbal commands or physical force. I complained to the Director who confronted those caregivers. The caregivers confronted didn't speak to me after that. It was very stressful to have to work with these rude caregivers. Bathroom breaks, Snacks, Ability to redirect, level of care provided, and Activities were not what was indicated during the tours and registration. Some good staff. I moved my mom September 2025.

The managing staff and people who work at the desk absolutely love everyone of the residents like they are family, and they cared for my grandmother above and beyond what I ever could have hoped for! She was there when Covid began, and I am so very thankful for the way that they handled the situation, and the way that they would look out for her and check in on her when we could not come personally. In the few occasions that she needed some thing, they were always quick to help and they really paid attention to her! They learned my name quickly and always had time to say hello to me and see how they could help us, no matter how big or small the need may be. It is not brand new, it is not in perfect condition, but it is really classy and really nice on the inside! I always thought the food was wonderful, and I was surprised that it was not more expensive, based on the level of service that she got! I highly recommend Mark, DeeDee and Diane, who are truly a gift to all of the seniors living there!!!
