We are still in complete dismay about the fall our loved one had. She fell on the side of the bed…read moreand the caretaker knowingly left her in the floor for FOUR hours! The Reason? She didn't know how to use the hover lift and the next caretaker wasn't to arrive until morning. My Mom, of very alert mind, was in shock and so much pain. The owner failed her as she didn't listen to Mom's side of the story. A few weeks later, the same caretaker neglected Mom as she informed her she was about to pass out. The caretaker, Oneika, was on her phone and let Mom go to the ground. When we moved Mom, this same caretaker sat at the front door and smurked at Mom as she left. OMG- Mom was heart-broken because she thought they were her friends. The owner herself was good to Mom BUT she failed her but not listening. She should be more observant and listen to residents, esp. of sound mind! Residence have no reason to lie. Because of such neglect, I promised my Mom that I would start ad Advocacy nonprofit to advocate for those elders without a voice and/or lack of respect from caretakers, skilled nursing facilites, etc.

A very clean & fresh environment with lots of natural light as well as being a very beautiful and spacious facility.  Cassie, the care manager, came to our home and did an assessment of my mother and was so down to earth and friendly. She helped put my mind at ease and I had confidence that the high level of care my mother would require would be received from Timeless staff. We decided that we wanted Timeless Assisted Care Home to provide the respite care for our mother for two weeks. The level of care and quality of the meals, as well as the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff, exceeded our expectations. My mother enjoyed the positive vibes and upbeat interactions. In terms of communication, Cassie kept me informed of all developments. Justin Brucks, also co-founder, was so friendly and welcoming! He ensured my mother's room had enough space for her belongings and assisted me with packing my vehicle upon checking out. He was present each day I visited and that was reassuring to see the owners on the property to help in anyway!! Due to me caring full-time for my mother and lack of quality slept for almost a year, this respite stay was such a blessing from the Lord! I slept through the night every night for the first time in almost a year!  I did not experience any anxiety or worry at all during my two week respite break and I chose to do nothing but sleep and relax. The staff did a fantastic job caring for my mother. When I would visit everything was in order and my mother was always clean and comfortable. The integrity of her skin was never compromised especially since she's incontinent. I highly recommend Timeless! You will not be disappointed. Believe me I've tried the "big box" facilities on more than one occasion and those experiences were awful to say the least. I've walked this caregiver/daughter journey for 12 years with two parents and have seen and experienced a lot first hand . Their work was close to flawless and oversight was extremely detailed and on point. Most recently, my father got out of a double-gated entrance with a keypad. It was due to an employee's complacency and negligence. He was found by a local family member who recognized him this past Saturday. He walked 2 miles without supervision to Walgreens in Arlington (the one next door to the dry cleaner)! I would have highly recommended this location last year but as of the 2-3 months, management has changed -- drastically. Please make another choice!!
