This is a really quaint vegan restaurant and bake shop. The staff are super nice and very helpful. I only tried their baked goods, but they have a nice selection of vegan breakfast items, sandwiches, and wraps. Their baked goods are really good, whether you're vegan or not. Do you know what's better than an amazing vegetarian restaurant? An amazing vegetarian restaurant that also sources locally. While passing through town, we stopped off for a bite at Season's Eatings and it is probably the best decision I've made all year. It was hard to choose what to eat, so we each got two sandwiches. I had the broccoli and quinoa burger topped with Robin's special sauce (she described it "like Thousand Island, but better" and I agree) and the Reuben. My friend had the egg salad and also got a grilled cheese. The cheese was locally made and you could tell the difference. I'm glad I got two sandwiches because there is no way I could have picked a favorite. Robin also shared that she sources eggs, honey, maple syrup, and whatever else she can locally. It definitely makes a difference. The hummus and veggies were the perfect appetizer to munch on while Robin made our sandwiches. I gotta say, the dill pickle hummus will probably reappear one night in my dreams. So good and so memorable. A couple of other quick hits: the peanut butter cookie (with PB frosting!) and a cup of Dandy Blend to wash it down. I also love that she serves filtered water and offers a variety of alternative drinks like kombucha and tumeric drinks. I might not be passing through Napoleon anytime soon, but I might make a special trip just to eat here again! read more

Seasons Eatings is absolutely delightful. A rare jewel in rural NW Ohio: a vegetarian restaurant with vegan options! The food is locally sourced. While I was there, the resident baker was making bread. They sell jams, breads, cookies, veggies, and more! For lunch I had water (the filter it) and a grilled cheese (around $5). You can select from a variety of breads and cheeses. They did not have sourdough but instead the owner, Robin, suggested the peasant bread. I also got Gouda. It was great!!! The peasant bread was hearty, moist, and had great flavor - I ordered a freshly made loaf for $5 to take home! I also got a slice of peanut butter and chocolate pie (around $3). Decadent! I opted to take half of it home. It was rich and thick, and nicely down. I was checking out when I saw the cookies...there was a BUCKEYE cookie. If you're not from Ohio, Buckeyes are our favorite treats - it's peanut butter (mixed with some sugar) covered with chocolate. The cookie was ONLY $.75 and was awesome!!!!! If you live in a city, the inexpensive prices for quality homemade items will floor you. If you live in Napoleon, consider yourself lucky! If traveling, this is right off of 24 and 6, and a great stop for a healthy meal. Friendly service - I walked in and the Baker was taking a break with a regular customer. I actually know the owner but haven't seen her for years - she's a great person and sat with me a bit to catch up. I will DEFINITELY be back. read more

We found this little gem of a bakery and vegan restaurant when searching for a good place to get a cup of coffee! Run by the baker and a very capable exec assistant they were welcoming to us upon entering, something you don't automatically expect when you're African American. While our intent was to grab and go, we ended up ordering a delicious multiple-bean soup and a triple cheese grilled cheese on homemade artisan bread that was outstanding. We also bought two extra large peanut butter cups, one with salted dark chocolate, the other with a cream caramel and milk chocolate. Beyond traditional coffee options they had available a bio coffee, said to be really healthy and packed with nutrients-again, delish! We'll always plan on stopping at Seasons Eating when in the area; one of the best parts of our trip! read more

I've been all around the country, big cities and small, and the breakfast I had here is by far the best breakfast I've ever had in my entire life. No exaggeration. Amazing tastes that you can tell in every individual ingredient. I stopped in on a road trip passing through, but I would make it a destination next time I'm in Ohio. I had the three egg omelette, filled with all kinds of vegetables. The sundried tomato and pesto goat cheese was worthy of a meal on its own, and the bread was equally phenomenal. Can't say enough good things about this place. Drove through town and stopped here for vegan eats and we were blown by the sheer hospitality, heart, and darn good food at this restaurant. There are rotating menu items and a lot of ways to customize your meal. I had the brisket sandwich on sour dough, and they even had the sugar free sodas I like to drink! I wish we lived closer so we could go more often. To top it off, there are fresh baked goods! Napoleon continues to impress me with its local eateries. First time visiting Seasons' and man, is this place super cozy with delicious food. When you walk in your feel as if you walked into home, decorated with mixed and matched kitchen tables & chairs, placemats, and all things cozy. One of the only vegetarian eateries in this little four county area and I'm so impressed with the love Robin packs into every bite. The menu is quite large and even your gung-ho meat eaters will find something that they like. A lot of interesting sodas to choose from too! I tried a Zevian (?? I think), which is a zero calorie soda. Would totally try another flavor next time! Was pretty good. To eat I ordered cabbage soup & a Rueben sandwich. I told her to make my sandwich the way she would make it for herself so I can't say for sure what ingredients were used but it was amazing! There's a plethora of desserts to choose from and the peanut butter pie and vegan chocolate chip cookies are delicious! Free chip bar to pick at while you wait for your food! Lunch was absolutely delicious we had the black bean and the beat "burgers" the way Robbin recommended and we couldn't have been happier! They were both very flavorful, and the buns were soft but held up very well to the sandwich.
