I've worked with a large number of companies and their staff. Dominic one of the first to ever take the time to let me know. Usually they show up sometime within 3-4 hour time frame company promised. If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. Left the room spotless. Seriously, I never write reviews. But he was impressive. Even looked at some paint samples and gave me honest opinion, so much appreciated. I can't afford to redo my whole counter at the moment, but I needed just a fairly small piece of stone--about 1.5 sq ft--for a countertop addition. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... He even made me a lazy Susan with a piece of quartz leftover from the counter tops. Super friendly and super thoughtful! They were very careful in covering my wood floors with tarps and I can say no walls or floors or doorframes were dinged in the process of bringing in and installing everything. We would highly recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat. There is still work to be done in both the bathrooms and the kitchen but I will update with photos once the projects are complete.

Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.

Starting with the bid process, Dimitri showed up on time, was respectful, and spent the time he needed to measure and clearly document the project. After the proposal was ready, he stopped by and went through every item in detail - the work breakdown for demolition, carpentry, plumbing, tile work, and other optional labor work. Everything was clearly spelled out, and Dmitri answered all of our questions. Our project lasted three weeks. He was on time every day - not a minute late. He would always spend a few minutes every morning going through his plan for the day, reviewing any change requests, and answering questions. The path to the work area was covered and taped with tarps; every single item that needed to be preserved was wrapped and taped with plastic. Entrances to the nearby bedrooms were covered (and the plastic was removed at the end of each day). The mirror and the vanity in the bathroom were properly protected. We were very impressed with his attention to detail. The quality of Dimitri's work was superb. As he was laying down the tiles, he took the time to make sure no tiles with repeating patterns were next to each other, and made sure the tiles were from the same lot. He inspected the new bathtub for defects. He was very conscious about how the project work would inconvenience us (we are all working from home) and he made sure we had plenty of advance notice before the water needed to be shut off for plumbing work. As part of the project, he also took hundreds of pictures to document the process. When you're looking for a contractor, you want someone who has excellent skills, is dependable, responsible, and pays attention to detail. You will be happy with YoungCastle Bathrooms.
