I moved to Seattle from OC and for the last four years have not been impressed with the quality of spray tans here in the area. I truly mean this- this is the best spray tan I have ever received. There was not spots or blotchiness (not even in hands, elbows or ankles). The solution was perfect for me- dark but not orange. Also in the comfort of my own home- didn't have to go anywhere and was done in no time. LeAnne is amazing!!! She knows her stuff. Makes you feel so comfortable. She helps you through the entire process, is super quick to respond and overall just really likable. I did this as a trial for my wedding and wouldn't recommend anyone else! This was right before Florida and even being out in the sun didn't ruin it or make me look orange at all. Cannot go wrong.

Ya, they're a few dollars cheaper, but you're missing out on the great benefits of Christine's airbrush tanning services: 1) GREAT PRODUCT - Christine uses quality organic products that don't put bad chemicals into my skin. It's also odorless, so my husband doesn't have to plug his nose around me right after my session haha. She included a bronzer in the solution so I could get the immediate satisfaction of having a gorgeous tan after my session. 2) THE RIGHT COLOR - I have pale skin, but Christine gave it the perfect glow with the "Seattle Golden" custom color. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a natural sunkissed look. The color and airbrush equipment she used gave me the perfect tan with no streaks, no dark or missed spots, etc. My tan is seamless. 3) PROFESSIONAL - Christine was professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, and on time. I'm a really modest person, but she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. She sat down with me first to learn more about my skin type, if I had any allergies, and asked what kind of look I wanted. And she NAILED it. 4) MOBILE & FAST - I texted her Thursday afternoon, she responded right away and got me on her schedule for Friday. She came to my apartment which was really convenient. She pulled out this pop-up tanning station right in the family room!! The best part: I could stay in my underwear afterwards and dry evenly in the comfort of my own home. Christine arrived, set up, worked her magic, and headed out all within 30 minutes. 5) AFFORDABLE - I looked at 3 other airbrush tan artists in the Seattle area, but they were way too expensive and weren't able to work with my schedule. Christine charges only $40 for an airbrush tan, but $30 if it is your first time.

I was in town on vacation and I had a very tight window to get it done :) She said that she does take some late night clients so I was in luck! She came to my hotel in downtown Seattle. The night before she sent me an email with all the instructions on how I would get the best tan possible... I'll tell you right now people my days of orange elbows and knees are done!! So helpful!! She brought a little pop up tent so that no spray would make a mess and it's actually not even messy or sticky like those mystic booths - I was dry right after. I was nervous to get undressed in front of someone but she was so friendly and professional it was totally fine! I could not believe that when she was done I was not smelly at all!! To be honest it was what had kept me from getting a spray tan more often! My tan lasted about 11 days and was such a good color for me (since I am what they call SUPER white I was a bit scared that I would be hard to put a good color on!) I had only had one spray tan in the past, and the girl did an awesome job, but I didn't put enough effort into the before and after care to make sure it lasted as long as possible. This time, when I booked with Amy, I made sure to listen closely and take notes on what I needed to do before and after my spray tan. Amy and I had a quick phone call when I reached out about the appointment. I scheduled at least a month in advance, so I can't really speak to how easily you could get in last minute. I had no problems scheduling. Our phone call was super helpful. We went through all of the instructions and she gave me a lot of before care advice that I followed until my appointment. When it was finally appointment day, I went in for my spray tan! Amy was super welcoming and kind. She told me my skin looked good for the spray tan, which was music to my ears, because I had been doing all of her before care suggestions! We talked a bit about which spray tan option I would go for and what shade I wanted to achieve. We ended up deciding on a rapid tan option with a medium shade. I think I left it on for about 4-5 hours... Throughout my appointment, Amy was very respectful and friendly. She gave me product recommendations for body wash and sunscreen, which was super helpful! When the appointment ended, we realized it was raining outside. I didn't have an umbrella, so Amy offered to walk me out to my car with one of her umbrellas! It was one of the nicest things ever. She escorted me to my car and we said our goodbyes. She made it clear that I could reach out to her with any questions or concerns, which was super nice! After 4-5 hours, I took a shower and rinsed off (no soap). When I woke up the next day, I had an absolutely beautiful bronze glow! I truly was amazed by how gorgeous the color was. It got me extra excited for my trip. :) The spray tan lasted throughout the entirety of my trip, although it did fade a bit (which was inevitable because I was in the ocean quite a bit). When we packed up to come home, I still had a little bit of color on my body. I was surprised that it lasted that long! I know that it was due to the advice that Amy gave me for after care. As a tip: she only accepts cash so make sure you have that on hand. Don't worry though, she'll go through all of this with you before your appointment! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Amy and Simply Bronzed! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Amy!!!! :)

As far as this service, it is so worth it and feels luxurious. Especially if you are new to curly hair, don't know how to style it, or have never had a curly cut before (this was my first one). You start with cutting your hair (dry of course), then washing, treatment, wet styling, diffusing, and then additional cutting as needed once it's dry and styled and you can see how everything lays. It was so relaxing to sit under the bowl diffuser (they give you free beverages too), and she walks you through exactly how she's wet styling your hair as you go. She did a great job and I highly recommend!

Beverages are offered and they use great products. However my second visit was just a few days ago with Sarah. What I asked for I got the complete opposite. She gave me a blow out so my hair looked beautiful leaving but the next day washing it seeing my natural waves and curls and really inspecting the cut. I look a bit chopped. The front was not face framing instead she gave me 4 steps. The front is uneven and choppy as heck. My hair is gone so no way to fix that and wouldn't trust her to fix it tbh so I have to take an expensive loss. I cried all night yesterday just looking at the front pieces. Just embarrassing. I paid a lot and tipped very well just for it to look like an amateur cut my hair. Don't come here. I regret coming here as I looked better with my dead ends. I could've cut my own hair better which I have. This was supposed to be a pick me up to make me feel beautiful now 2 days later I am in regret not feeling like how I should and wanted. Sooooo expensive and terrible results. Also they could've been friendlier. I felt she got tired blow drying my hair. They are supposed to be knowledgeable in long, thick hair, curly hair, wavy hair. I wanted to choose this stylist due to her good reviews but I really cannot recommend her or this salon. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am distraught. Don't come here as you will cry tears of sadness not joy.

Lauren is absolutely phenomenal. I scheduled a mobile spray tan same day - not just same day - but about 4 hours before the start time. But none the less she was there early and followed all the safety protocols one could ask for in this era of COVID-19. She sanitized all her equipment beforehand, even disenfected every surface of the booth itself after setting it up. And the service itself? Amazing! She did the most thorough airbrush tan I've ever had. I got the rapid option so it was fully developed within a few hours and it came out beautiful. Being 6 months pregnant had made me feel less then beautiful at times, but after Lauren left i felt so pretty. She even put on some eyelashes for me to help me feel a little extra fancy. Lauren is amazing! She came to my house a few days before my branding shoot for a spray tan, which turned out perfectly. I had Lauren do my hair and makeup for my wedding in October and couldn't be happier. Lauren and Morgan did such an amazing job. First, they are so personable, bringing amazing energy to the house. I have used Beauty Boss for both hair and makeup twice and I LOVED them each time. Already plan to book them again! I did a the Soft Subtle make up and a Dry Styling for my hair both times. Rebecca and Lauren were great! They asked for inspo photos ahead of time which made it easy for both of us. Each time they came to my house or hotel. They were right on time and prompt. for anyone who wants to look amazing... I went to Mexico in February to get some sun during the long dreary winter here in the PNW. I booked Lauren for a spray tan and it was the most effortless and convenient thing I have ever done for myself! Having her come to my home and just setting up in my living room was amazing. She kept her mask on the whole time and I was so comfortable being in my own space and less risk of traveling and ruining the spray tan afterwards! Excellent experience all the way around! Appointments were easy to book online. My daughter and I each had a blowout with Lauren (owner) and Rebecca. I also was able to book a spray tan on the back end with Mia. True professionals, loved our blowouts and personalized attention! This is my second time working with Lauren. First time she did my makeup for an event and it looked STUNNING! She did such a great job by bringing out my natural features without it looking overdone. She books trials too close to the date, so when the trial went sideways, I had to add a to do to the busy planning, which wasn't ideal. Kendra seems to have a one size fits all approach to makeup, and she doesn't listen. She has a heavy handed approach to application (see her instagram). She is condescending and makes little snide comments that are little biting insults. When I mentioned that my eyebrows were way too dark and overdone, her response "eyebrows are a non-negotiable"... umm, wth is that about? Anyway, upon calling other artists, it seems that Kendra has quite the reputation with her peers. They've heard my story from other folks that have attempted to work with Kendra. Recently, Kendra has announced that she is "mostly" retiring from makeup application, but beware that she is still hiring out makeup artists under her KLS business. There are numerous other capable professionals in the area, and I would highly recommend looking to them if you have any interest in natural and flattering makeup. I gave kendra the opportunity to make this right with a partial refund, which she chose to ignore.
