There was a staff member named Jack, but instead of assisting, he seemed more focused on his headphones and made no effort to support us. We literally had to shout to get his attention, and even then, he was unhelpful. This was extremely disappointing, especially for an adventure activity meant for kids, many of whom are new to ropes courses and need proper guidance. Sadly, it wasn't just us--other customers appeared to be having the same frustrating experience. For what is supposed to be a fun and safe adventure, the lack of supervision and support made it absolutely pathetic.

Because of its more professional feel, some of the people who competed year-round in sports would only talk about where they wanted to compete/what sport they would want to do if they were not doing their current sport, etc. It could be kind of tiring as they tended to forget about the present, fantasizing about the future with those of "their kind" at the party instead of those of us who were focusing on just skating/having fun.
