Great view of Mt. Baker on platform 5.

Coco and Kelly were our guides and they were great! They communicated well with us and with each other. There were no problems! Kelly recognized I had five this a few times before and made certain to call out how to make the zipping more exciting. The course is very well maintained, and beautiful! Nestled in dense forest within Bellevue! Did not ever have to worry about safety. Right from the start, they are using very high quality gear, and their practices are the best. As a trained climbing director, I have to say I appreciated everything they had available, how they communicated with each other at each station, and the practices they followed. I had maximum confidence in our safety.

Had the best time visiting the Washington area and coming to Bellevue zip tour. We were led by Danny and Gunner and had the most fun. They are such an awesome duo! Hilarious, cracking jokes, and very welcoming and encouraging. They defs made the experience perfect! We felt like they were adopted into our group. They had great recommendations for how to spice up the zip lines and even recommendations for restaurants after we were done. (And Gunners cow shirt was awesome!) the views of the trees and all the moss was so cool, and we learned a little about trees along the way. Thank you guys for the great trip! Much love! Thanks

Tour guides Tino and Eden were AMAZING! The course is 7 different zips, there are a couple wooden / cable bridges to walk across and two ladders to climb to reach the platforms. The tallest zip was 80 feet off the ground and the tree canopies are another 30 or 40 feet up. It was so Peaceful and Beautiful in the forest. I was nervous to step off the platform and zip. But if you're scared, don't be. Tino and Eden are Professionals! Super safety conscious, very sturdy equipment. You're completely safe in their care. Enjoy your Zip!

I wish I could give 13 stars! Coco and Consitine (if 8 spelled that wrong-I apologize!) were so fun and so professional. Their safety measures were on point. We had a wonderful time and will look forward to coming back next time we are in Washington

I surprised my husband with this for a morning date. We absolutely loved it! It's been a long time since we've done any kind of adrenaline junkie stuff, and this was definitely that. Definitely worth the time (about 2hr tour) and cost. Danny and Nicole were awesome guides and made it loads of fun with some challenges and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and supportive to other in the group who weren't as thrilled with the heights. Everyone did all 6.5 lines plus suspension bridges and came out smiling. We will definitely be taking some friends in the future for some double dates! Thanks for the fun!

TLDR: a must try! Not scary at all! Don't forget to tip! Private parking lot. Check into a portable building in the parking lot. Be sure to sign any waivers ahead of time. Follow directions. Once you are geared up, everything is double checked and you feel super safe and secure. You also have two lifelines/backup lines each time you are tethered. I participated in the Halloween Zip which was so great!!! I'm acrophobic and this was not scary at all! It's very dark out after 7pm and you zip into nothingness. Not being able to see the ground really helped! As you zip you "sit" in your harness and it doesn't feel like you are dangling for your life like it looks. Just sit back and enjoy the ride! I do wish that the lines were longer and a little faster but it was still a FANTASTIC experience!

    Plenty of room for all

This place does a fantastic job of creating an incredibly unique customer experience! We came here on a team building exercise, and the leads in charge really went above & beyond to ensure every team member felt safe, involved and secure. Out of all our team members, only one of us had done this event previously, so there was plenty of trepidation at first. The guides found creative ways to get us over our reservations, and made it incredibly fun in the process. I highly recommend trying this; a very effective way to push past your fears! Plenty of parking here; you do get a bit of a walk in along the way, but it's very low impact.

As part of our team building activity for this month, we decided to zip line! I'm so happy that we have such a thrilling event so close to home. It was my first time zip lining. Our guides Elliott and Adam made the experience seamless, easy, and fun! I've already started to share the experience with my friends and family. Pure joy!

What do you do for a 79th birthday? Go ziplining with your grandchildren! Great memories-we had a blast!

We had a fantastic time with our leaders, Zach and Phil. We had ages from 10 to 79. It was challenging for the older set, and Zach was super encouraging and funny. Safety was always a number one priority, and having a great time was a close second. Awesome memories!

Can't say enough good things about our adventure! Tino and Jackie were great guides. Super safety conscious! Flying through the air among the beautiful trees was so much fun. Highly recommended!

High in the treetops, naturalists to help guide

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hidden gem located in the middle of Bellevue. The city has contracted with a group of Conservatory/naturalists to help guide groups safely through a canopy of trees with seven zip lines in to walking bridges. This is one of the most adrenaline pumping and peaceful activities we have participated in. They limit the groups to eight people each with two guides. The guides are experienced zip liners and naturalists, and very focused on safety and fun. The group is lead step-by-step through all of their safety gear including harnesses and hats. The gear is Check not once not twice but throughout the session. The tour can last between 2 1/2 to three hours depending on the speed of the group. Each run has its own qualities. The longest is 450 feet, the speeds vary based on how you ride and your weight (between 60 and 250 lbs). We looked into perfect weather which was neither windy or rainy or hot or too cold. This facility also takes corporate groups for team building. It is a definite MUST for adventurous kids, couples and families to do together. Kids under 12 should have a parent with them - a huge shout out to Kyle and team for excellent guidance for a safe and fun adventure!!

My husband and I are active Florida seniors. We have zip-line before. Do they have anyone who takes photos. What is the best time of day to go and how long does it last? Total time?

One had done it before and was ready to go, while the other two definitely had some fears to work through. The guides were absolutely fantastic. They were patient, encouraging, funny, and knew when to give someone a little extra reassurance without ever making them feel pressured or embarrassed. Watching the boys push through their nerves, trust themselves, and finish the entire course was honestly one of my favorite parts of the day. The course itself was beautiful, the experience was a blast, and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. By the end, there was a whole lot of pride in what they had accomplished -- and I was incredibly proud of all three of them. If you're thinking about going but you're nervous about heights or unsure whether you can do it, GO. The staff at Canopy Tours NW made the experience just as memorable as the zip lining itself. We will absolutely be back!

We also saw a bunch of sea life just heading out to the whale areas! (Seals, starfish, birds, fish, jellyfish , etc) The ride was smooth and beautiful- DEFINITELY COLD (even if it's 90F in Seattle)! But the views are beautiful- both of the sea and Seattle!! It didn't take very long to get to the areas but once we did everyone had the same goal - SPOT THE WHALES!!! However, it did not seem like it would work well for beginners as basic skills were needed to paddle and navigate. I never quite got comfortable with the peddles for turning and would have had them a little lower as my feet slipped off a couple times. I could not bend my knees enough to reconnect the peddles for turning on my own. Our guide assisted me which held up the tour though. We were in a tandem which worked well for us as my husband was recovering from surgery. We were covered with a skirt to keep us dry for the most part. Whales do not come in this close to the main land so we had no expectation. The water was like glass in parts, slightly turbulent in others, and the island shores simply serene.
