We used Seattle Express Ride three times while in Seattle this past week. Once was having them pick my family of 7 up from Sea/Tac and giving us a full day tour of the city. Our driver called to let us know where to find him at the airport. He arrived nicely dressed with a very clean car. It fit us comfortably. He also gave us some bottled water and loaded our five HEAVY suitcases into the car. He drove us around to wherever we wanted to go in Seattle for most of the day. He dropped us off right at the front of the places we visited which saved us tons of time and we didn't have to find and pay for parking. He knew all the back roads and got us to and from the places we wanted to go very quickly. He then dropped us off at our hotel for the evening. A wonderful experience and I felt it was priced very well. He showed us so many sights and saved us so much time. We went to the Seahawks stadium, the cool new Amazon Go store, the Space Needle, Chilhuly glass garden, visited the Freemont Troll, and Pike's Place Market. He also shared lots of Seattle related info about the city and surroundings and answered all of our touristy questions. Excellent tour...we couldn't have asked for better! The next morning we caught our cruise ship and another driver from this company picked us up from our hotel and got us to the cruise terminal. Again, the driver called to let us know he was at our hotel, packed the car for us and got us right to the cruise terminal in plenty of time. Excellent service! The third time we used this service was after our cruise...we stayed in a hotel and had a driver pick us up at 3 am to take us back to Sea/Tac for our early morning flight. I don't quite know what happened but our driver was late showing up. But he did show up and called to tell me he would be late. He loaded the car and got us to our drop off spot at the airport. Because he was late, he gave us that ride for free. We were so appreciative of his service and working hard to get us to the airport in time. I would definitely recommend this service...I compared prices and they are very fairly priced, very professional and provided great service. read more

I used this company for our arrival and departure for our Seattle visit. I booked this company in major part because of the positive reviews I read and I am so glad I did! This company provided the reliable and excellent service I expected - but also went above and beyond to handle travel issues that arose on my end. Three different flight delays (from Atlanta) totally six hours changed our arrival time to 2AM instead of 8PM. I communicated each delay to the company. They assured me this was not a problem for them & said they had the flight information & would be waiting for us at the airport & they were! They welcomed us to a very nice vehicle complete with the two car seats for the one and three year olds in our group. As you can imagine we were exhausted from the flight delays & wrangling two small children for 6 extra hours at the airport - the relief we felt To find the very capable and professional driver and vehicle waiting for us was greatly appreciated. Their prompt actions for our return trip also demonstrated their flexibility & commitment to customer service. At the last minute, I discovered that we needed an 8:30 AM pickup instead of the 10:30 AM that I scheduled. They made this new pickup time request happen! The 14 person van that I booked was not available, so he called in another driver and used two SUVs (with the 2 car seats) and changed to meet our earlier pickup time. The drivers and cars were professional and very respectable. We all felt very safe with the drivers and vehicles used. I highly recommend this company and would use this company again for future Seattle visits. read more

Repeat user with different driver. Driver text'd 1 hour before scheduled pickup time to say he was on his way. He arrived on time in front of our hotel for our 7 a.m. pickup. Very courteous and professionally dressed. He loaded all 7 pieces of luggage and baby stroller into the back of his black highly polished SUV. The interior was clean and smelled great. The driver was not the greatest conversationalist but I didn't mind since it was so early in the morning and didn't feel like taking much anyway. Driver got us safely to the airport.
