We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Elegant Metropolitan Oasis in Seattle. This condo is a centrally located spot to visit the local national parks and surrounding areas. This is a great location for that. However, we arrived late in the evening and upon arrival, everything looked great. We grabbed a bite to eat and when we got back, we noticed how dirty the accommodations were. We were planning on going to Leavenworth the next day but found ourselves cleaning up the apartment instead. The floor was filthy, there was huge dust balls behind the beds, the floor by the windows were dirty, the silverware was dirty, the shower wasn't cleaned very well. The kitchen faucet didn't work properly. The heating element in the smaller bedroom is hanging off the wall. We didn't turn it on to see if it worked. With COVID-19 we just didn't feel safe. We actually stayed one night on San Juan Island and the room was fantastic; very clean and sterilized. It even had a seal on the door when we arrived. The location is good but the cleanliness needs to be addressed! read more

I always have a great time with Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. I have rented from here twice. The first time was 2 years ago when a few friends and I went to PAX. The condo was enormous and had a fully functioning kitchen. We could easily walk to and from the Convention Center or the Space Needle. We saved money on parking, food, and accommodations. For the price of 1 night at an okay hotel, we were able to rent this condo for 4 days. The second time was Veteran's Day weekend. This was a smaller condo than last time, but it was just my family this time. We had a fully functioning kitchen and a washer/dryer. We didn't think we needed to use the washing machine, but we had 2 kids with us. It's good it was there. The pull out couch was larger than I expected. In the comment book she wrote "I like the couch." My 6 year old was blown away by the condo and did not want to leave. "I want to stay in this beautiful house!" My husband was surprised how much condo we got for how little we paid. We made full use of all of the amenities. The condo also came with a Vacation Guide that pointed out of towners to places to eat. I loved it here and will definitely rent from Seattle Oasis again. read more

On our last day when we left we couldn't get out of the garage, we missed our flight and the rental company was not available to help us!!!! Do not lease from them! I haven't been a customer of Seattle Oasis but as one of the tenants living in an apartment filled with vacation rentals managed by them, wanted to share my feedback. Over 4 times, one of their rentals was leaking dirty bath water onto my floor, so much that I had to spend 30-60 minutes cleaning it up and after the 3rd time, had to replace my bath mats that would get soaked each time. This stuff happens so it's hard to predict but the way that Seattle Oasis responded to me and my condo owner shows their lack of respect for people that they impact with their rentals. I can't comment on the rooms they rent, but if you want to do business with a company that is kind to its community and neighbors, Seattle Oasis is not for you. read more

While we did not use their service, we have had a nearly year long business relationship with Darik and wife. I think people ought to know who they are dealing with prior to deciding whether to enter into a business deal with these crooks. They are dishonest people that lived in our rental home in Kauai for eight months. The home was partially furnished and furnishing were sold to us as part of the sale of the home. A month prior to their move out, wife asked specifically to buy kitchen table. I declined in writing to sell. Upon move out, the 8 foot long wood table was missing and a 5 foot Walmart table was substituted in its place. When questioned, I was told the table was broken. When asked for proof, it was then "taken to the dump." I find it hard to believe that they would dispose of property that didn't not belong to them when the wife was trying to buy the table not a month earlier and every time something in the house broke, they were Johnny on the spot to contact us. If any person on Kauai sees this table, feel free to contact me. There is a reward!!! read more

My family rented a condo for six nights from Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals in early March 2020. My wife and daughter went a couple of days before my son and I due to his school schedule. We would have a couple of days together before they had to leave. My son and I would then have a couple of days on our own. Shortly after they arrived, various city attractions were closed due to the Covid-19 virus. While my wife and daughter stayed until their scheduled departure, my son and I cancelled our portion of the vacation. We were also concerned about any potential travel lock down that would prevent us from getting home. I updated Seattle Oasis of our change in plans and asked how this effects our reservation since we would not be using the unit for the last two nights. Seattle Oasis responded that they would provide a partial refund equal to the last two nights. They processed the refund but accidently posted it twice, which I pointed out to them. They then submitted a correction but in a manner that eliminated both the original and the duplicative refund. Since then, nothing has happened regarding the original refund for the two nights not used. I've sent 3 emails to management looking for an update on the refund or a response on their plans. Still nothing after almost six weeks. It appears to me that Seattle Oasis has decided to not honor its offer to refund a portion of our stay and is not willing to communicate to us directly about this. I understand the issues that the virus has caused to everyone but that is still no excuse for the lack of communication. Very disappointing. My wife and daughter enjoyed the unit and its location in the city and would have recommended it to others but we can't now because of this situation with management. read more

Room 621 was fairly clean, cute decor, and centrally located. Giving 3 stars for three reasons: 1. No central A/C. Only one portable (and very noisy) A/C unit. Property manager was going to bring us a second one, but she forgot. (She did apologize later, but by then the weather had cooled and we didn't need it.) 2. The unit gets a LOT of street noise. People talking in the streets, garbage trucks early in the a.m., traffic, sirens, and the mechanical stuff on the roofs of the surrounding buildings. 3. The neighborhood is not one I'd walk around in by myself at night. I would not stay here again, but it may suit your needs if you can put up with those three things. read more

Getting ready to book my second trip with Seattle Oasis after an unforgettable stay here. We chose a water-view apartment in the heart of Belltown which is key if you're looking for plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Depending on the time of year, the rates can get pretty low... it helps to plan during the off-season no doubt. As for the units, the apartment was very clean, well decorated and comfortable with a balcony peering into the Puget Sound. All of the amenities are there including some coffee! My only grip is that the portable a/c units are a bit crappy but if you're heading to Seattle, chances are it won't be necessary. read more

We stayed at the property at 1415 2nd Ave in downtown Seattle for one week during late July 2019. If you want a perfect space for two at a glorious location, Seattle Oasis's place can't be topped. We stayed a full week in this downtown condo and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The massive balcony overlooks The Market just a block way, the Ferris wheel, and all of Elliot Bay. The sunsets are amazing and you have great wine glasses and a wine fridge to make those views even better. With a Target downstairs you can easily buy everything you need for your visit. Your hosts have provided coffee, tea, sweeteners, spices, plastic wrap, towels, and other basics. The kitchen is FULLY equipped down to an actual English electric tea kettle, and the cookware is top quality. Everything is perfectly labeled so that finding and storing is a breeze. The bath comes with plenty of toilet paper and soft towels. As a couple in our late 70s and 80s, I will point out that there are no bars to hold in the lovely shower. But we did fine - some might not. The TV has extensive channels, including music and the seating is comfortable. The bed has either a memory or latex mattress and sleeps well. It is a queen size. A desk and computer plus plenty of storage make the bedroom perfect. When we reached out with a question late at night there was a real person to help us. Just great management! We could not have picked a better apartment for our vacation and recommend this condo with absolutely no reservations. read more

I'm writing this review in regards to Seattle oasis and Airbnb. We booked a stay in Seattle through Airbnb using Seattle oasis in December 2020 we were supposed to be there from June 15 through the 24th of 2021 we booked airfare an acquired a rental car. Of course because of Covid we had to pay upfront. Three days before we were supposed to leave we got a cancellation email from Airbnb with no response or reason why our stay was canceled. So we scramble over the weekend to try to find another comparable Airbnb or room in the pikes Place area and because of Covid restrictions most places are still under 30% occupancy of course we were unable to so we ended up not being able to go to Seattle we forfeited $2400 of airfare as well as $1400 of rental car. After leaving 15 messages I have still yet to get a response from Seattle oasis and Airbnb takes literally no responsibility whatsoever. In the future I will never book with Airbnb or Seattle oasis resort again! Both have put an absolute sour taste in my mouth! read more

We can't wait to go back! We arrived Nov.2 after 1am and someone greeted us and lead us to our apt. We booked the 1 Bedroom Queen City Modern Oasis (600 sq. ft). It was nice and clean with all the amenities....everything you need to cook with and spices too, and bathroom had soaps, shampoo and conditioner so didn't even have to pack any. They had 2 robes, soft towels and extras in drawers. There's a washer and dryer with soap provided,which we did use on last night. There was 3 of us so our friend did use the sofa bed...firm enough. It was clean and we felt very safe in the area of Belton. Location is between the Space Needle and Pike's Place mkt...all within 10-15 minutes walk. At night it can get a little loud with music coming from either a restaurant/pub or maybe a neighbor...earbuds are provided...so not really their fault. I loved the bay window and we can see the Puget Sound to our right. We will definitely stay with them again! read more

Incredible place. Great location. Loved being roughly halfway between the space needle and Pike Place Market. Staff was awesome and responsive. We stayed in a city view, in the building off 2nd ave. Room 540. Loved having the washer/dryer. And the inside of the place was really quiet and restful. The gym was adequate. The only minor negatives were these: Construction nearby. Wow. Lots of banging starting fairly early in the morning. Couldn't open the windows because of it. And the condo got hot at times even with the heat turned off. So we couldn't really keep it cool without opening a window and dealing with the noise. Still, not a deal breaker nor a major thing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. read more

I rented a house for my daughter's wedding, and while these people knew the house was for sale they didn't bother to tell us. 6 weeks later, when most of the good large houses are already taken for the high season, they email me and tell me that oops.. the owner sold the house and you're reservation is cancelled. Too bad.. so sad. Their contract provides for them to receive 25% of the total rental if you cancel, but no compensation if they do, leaving you in a bad spot. They don't deserve 1 star. I gave them the opportunity to make good and provide some compensation, and they chose not too. Be wary. There are many other legitimate rentals out there you don't need to put your vacation at risk. read more

When I return to Seattle, I will definitely book again through Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals! We just returned from our trip and we stayed at the Belltown Court apartments room 530. I'm so terrible with names, but I believe Natalie (so sorry if this wasn't her name) is the one who met us at the complex to check us in and show us around. Unfortunately we had a flight delay and issues with our Uber driver and I felt so bad to keep her waiting. The check in and check out process is easy and they even have an app that you can download to your phone that will give you your rooms wifi password, directions to the complex, contact information, food recommendations, and other helpful information. This room was perfect! In this specific unit the master bedroom is in front with the bathroom across from it and the other guestroom is at the opposite end next to the living room. Thursday night was nice and peaceful and not much outside noise. Please keep in mind that this specific unit #530 faces the street where there are two bars across the street below. If you're looking for peace and quiet after hours on a weekend, maybe look into one of their other rooms. What I liked most about Belltown Court is that it's close enough to walk to all of the tourist attractions, but also in a spot that allows you to feel like a local and drink at the locals coffee shops and restaurants. Communication with this company, cleanliness of the room, having a well stocked kitchen, and walkable/safe location gives Seattle Oasis the 5 stars they deserve. read more

I stayed in Moda room 621 in Belltown. The location was great, most places we visited were a short walk or bus ride away. The space was well decorated, very clean and came with everything we needed. The unit includes a kitchen, washer, and dryer. It was cheaper, larger, and had more amenities than a hotel. I highly recommend it! read more

We stayed for four nights in a lovely condo booked through Seattle Oasis. We much prefer to use vacation rentals and Seattle Oasis proves why. The prices were comparable to hotels in the area for a lovely, updated, fully stocked condo walking distance to nearly everything (extra tip: during your stay walk to Black Bottle for dinner...one of my favorite meals of my lifetime). We used the kitchen for an epic Pike Street Market fish feast and everything we needed was supplied in our great kitchen. The towels were fluffy, the bed and bedding so comfortable and the hospitality was outstanding. I can't foresee a reason to ever stay elsewhere in Seattle. read more

We stayed 5 nights in a Belltown apartment managed by them. We arrived late because our flight was delayed. Communication was great and the team was responsive. We were greatest by the rep late into the evening to give us our keys. I highly recommend staying at a place managed by this company. They also have an app/website for useful info such as contact info, wifi password, places to eat, building info, and instructions are easy to understand. We had a condo at 2414 1st Ave. We had 4 people and used the sofa bed which was comfortable. This was a great location. We loved all the little touches in the condo that helped. So many supplies that most rentals expect you to buy were already there. The check in process was easy. We were able to check in early. There was a market in the bottom of the building where we got beverages for our 3 night stay. The common area outside had a view of the water, and we enjoyed relaxing outside. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in Seattle again. read more

Two thumbs down... The condo I stayed in was in a good location (the only reason I gave 1 star), however it seemed much larger in website pictures than in person. The posting said the condo would sleep 6, which I feel was a misnomer (small fold out sofa bed, two twin beds in one of the rooms). It sleeps 6 if you don't mind being uncomfortable. Dealing with the company is the main reason I will never use them again. A $250 "noise" fee showed up on my credit card a month after vacation ended, Looking back, this had to be a result of us talking at a normal volume but after the 10:00 PM "quiet time". Additionally, I later discovered I was charged a $115 cleaning fee for 2 bathrooms. We left the bathrooms in the same condition as when we arrived, yet I was charged this fee. Seemed like a good deal in the beginning but because of misrepresentation and ridiculous fees I would advise you to save your money and stay somewhere else. Response to Owner: Thank you for your response Darik, however you are incorrect. No partying took place in the condo the duration of our stay, especially not the night in question as we had early flights the next morning. As stated in my original review, the complaints were due to normal conversation and movement about the condo. Seems like anyone can make a noise complaint, whether legitimate or not, and a fine is automatically levied. The contract I signed has no mention of a normal cleaning fee. The below text was taken directly from the contact: Cleaning & Housekeeping. The property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned before your arrival, the rental fee you have paid will provide for normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your stay up to the last moment. You are expected to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure dishes are cleaned and put away, appliances left clean, perishable food items removed from the refrigerator and all items and furniture returned to their original location. The property should be generally picked up and ready to be cleaned and sanitized for the next Guest. If additional cleaning is required you will be charged $50 an hour with a 1 hour minimum. If additional cleaning requires the use of an outside vendor (i.e. carpet cleaning due to spills on carpet or upholstery) Guest will be charged the cost of that service plus a 20% administrative fee. I assure you the condo was left in the same general condition that we received it in. I will be disputing these 'additional' charges with my credit card company. I'm not going to disagree with the other reviewers...the pics, ads and other material are not incorrect. Its nicely kept. We enjoyed our stay in BTC#721...but I have to give it a 3 because of the below reasons: * there were vertical blinds missing in master bedroom. Very indiscreet. We borrowed a few from living room since that had a curtain as well and the bedroom did not. * master bath needs a slip guard mat. Very slick when showering. Could lead to serious fall. Secondary shower ok as rough floor built-in to unit. * could not find any laundry detergent. So we bought some...but was a hassle. * TV in main room worked intermittently...sometimes it was just white. Off and on a few times sometimes corrected it. * !!Younger Kids Warning!! window in second bedroom is *scary* if smaller kids. Our sons are 20 & 22 so no issue. But I would be scared if kids with curiosity got it open. Window goes to the floor...no bars!, no balcony! or safety net of any kind. ** scary stuff ** * parking space 33 is especially narrow with concrete column boardering it. If someone is in 32, it's about impossible to pull into 33 without scraping car...which we did to our rental...will cost us...ouch!. I know "oasis" didn't draw the parking lines but be warned if in BTC721. I suggest using UBER the whole time you're visiting...don't need a rental. read more

We rented a condo in the Bell Town area (2414 First Avenue) in Seattle through Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals on April 3rd - April 5th. First, the good, great location near many attractions such as Pike's Place, Space Needle. Located near many restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants on the ground floor of the building such as Karaage Setsuna, Macrina Bakery & Cafe and Belltown Pizza. Also, the unit was nicely furnished and had a convenient indoor pool that my youngest son particularly loved. Now the bad part. Price was a little high with all the fees. Next, the unit had a lot of pet dander in the furniture which caused an extreme allergic reaction in me. I spent two days wheezing and sneezing. The cleaning company needs to do a much better job cleaning and/or Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals needs to clearly advise prospective renters that pets are allowed and the units may have pet dander. Next, the master bedroom bed is horrid. It's made of some crazy memory foam that is too soft. Both my wife and I had issues sleeping on the med and think it should be replaced with a regular firm mattress. Lastly, there was a crazy neighbor on our last night who decided to party on his balcony at midnight. He started shouting at the top of his lungs to people in the quad area for half an hour. Felt like calling the police. All in all there is definitely good aspects to this property but also some definite minuses. May rent from Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals again but not this property again. read more

Great location within walking distance of many Seattle attractions. Our unit had a full kitchen: 4 burner stove with oven, good-sized frig, small dishwasher, utensils to cook most anything you would like. They even had olive oil and spices. We mainly had breakfast there because we were out sightseeing during the day. 2 couples each had a BR and shared the bathroom. Fine for 4 people but would be tight for 6. Sofa pulls out. Small sitting room has nice natural light during the day, but could use another floor lamp in evening. Parking for one car in underground garage included. Ask for directions before arriving- entrance to parking is from an alley. read more

I would NOT recommend this outfit. We stayed in Elecktra 1108. If you believe you are getting a non-smoking room, (as advertised) you won't. They only rent some units but the owners can smoke and have pets, etc. I had to cover the vent to the outside of our room and put a rug up to the door so that we could help control the smoke smell!! Just awful and we have children with allergies. In addition, the shower stopped to a drip during my shower and a bunch of mud and dirt spilled into the shower and toilet. I had to promptly run the vacuum when we arrived because there was long hair all over the wood floor. Please do not stay here, the manager would not get back with us and the receptionist basically told us because of a soccer game that there would be no more rooms in the city. So we are forced to stay as of course they have taken our money!! I would highly NOT recommend! read more

We were visiting Microsoft for a couple of days and decided to take the weekend off at The Belltown Court. We gave the manager a call and she arrived a couple of minutes later even though we had changed the arrival time at the last minute. Arriving at the apartment, we got a tour around the place and were shown all the places we could utilize including the pool, gym and awesome barbecue terrace that overlooked the bay outside Seattle. The apartment was in mint condition and topped many hotels I have been to. We even had three TVs! :) The location of the Belltown court is perfect and within walking distance to all attractions including the Space Needle and Pikes Market. If I ever come back to seattle, this is definitely the place I will stay! read more

After returning home from vacation, I noted several calls from the owner of the Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. Turns out that he called me on a phone that I was not using during the vacation. He apologized and assured me that my experience was not indicative of how they do business. I felt that he was very sincere and that the experience that I had was not done on purpose. I hate to be the one that puts a damper on the "wonderful" reviews of Oasis Vacation Rentals but here goes...I reserved a one bedroom condo in Belltown back in July. It was paid for in full which is the policy and I have no problem with that. However, I arrived in Seattle on September 16th. My check in date was to be September 19th at the Belltown location for a total of 4 nights. I had given my cell phone number. On Thursday, September 18th I received an email asking me to confirm my arrival time. I called Oasis in order to do that and Sarah who answered the phone was in a frenzy to speak to me and said she had left me a message. Obviously I did not receive a message as she called on my home phone. There was a problem of water leaking in the bathroom and they could either refund the full amount of let me stay for half price as there would not be a vanity. I opted for the half price. Sarah then said she would have to make sure and called me back over an hour later to say the deal was off the table as they found mold. I told her I did not know of any hotels in the area and could she help me out. She later that day left me a message that she had checked several places for around the same price as I was paying Oasis and everything was booked because of the Sea Hawks game that weekend and that the Marriott had a room but it was over $400 a night. I called Expedia who found a studio suite at the Marriott close to the area I had wanted to be in for about the same price as I was paying Oasis. Since this time I have received several emails from Oasis asking me to sign their guest book and to give a review of my stay. Obviously the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I responded to them but never got a reply. I was left in a lurch and it could have been devastating. After thinking about this situation I do feel that Oasis Vacation Rentals should have found me a place to stay and paid at least half of what I had to pay. Sarah apologized profusely but that did not help my situation Therefore, I am forever soured on Oasis Vacation Rentals. read more
