I did not expect him to reinstall it, but he did without my asking him to and without complaint. I was impressed. My only complaint is he did not have the ingredients listing for three of the solutions he used for cleaning (understandably filled at the shop by someone else into refillable spray bottles). Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal.
