Very dissatisfied, met Rob last year during all the Ash and smoke, nice guy, very sharp, and convinced me he would do everything I needed on my truck $145.00. Went back this year on June 6th and had him do everything we discussed. Horrible Job! Last year when visiting him he had scratched my hood applying solvent to test removal of something on the hood... When taking it in talked about all the areas of focus and he reassured me everything would be done. My truck is immaculate and only minor concerns that I thought I could trust his expertise but left me having to redo the areas myself by hand and didn't even fix the scratches he did, and had wax on my trim after I asked him that wouldn't happen, and wanted cash and gave no receipt... Sad, never going back there, cheaper to do it myself and get it right! read more

We recently had our 2016 KIA detailed both inside and out for return to the dealer at Buffmaster. We own two large Labradors, so dog hair was a huge challenge for this job. We also had a few bumps and scrapes I was concerned about being charged for by the dealership. When we picked up the car, it looked just like new! I took the day off from work to get my car detailed. Had a 9am appointment, and when I got there, Rob said he wouldn't be able to do it that day. I told him my wife and I both used vacation days to make this happen, and he couldn't even say sorry. I asked how good of a deal he can give me for the major inconvenience he caused, and he took $20 off my total. So it would be $300 instead of $320 for interior/exterior detail. I never did take my car back in, and several family friends will no longer be going there anymore. I fully understand employees call out and you might not be able to get to all cars that day, but a phone call telling me to not drive down, a reasonable discount, and an apology are necessary. read more

Worst detail shop I've ever been too. Crazy prices told me one price then switched it multiple times then confronting said he could do anything he wanted but he's "hooking me up" asked cash no receipt I'm assuming to dodge the tax man. Vehicle turned out terrible after having my vehicles for multiple days. Tried to talk to him civilly but saw multiple eye sores where he missed or just didn't care about. Scratched my wheels buffing them. When I asked to lower the price bc he had my Vehicle for 5 days, and all the flaws that where instantly noticeable he began to become hostile and started raising his voice which I thought was going to become a fight if I wouldn't had turned around and walked away. Robert, THE BuffMaster, transformed my car! I was embarrassed at how gross and dirty it got, but the inside looks brand new!

Last week, I discover scratches running the length of my car. I immediately had the damaged appraised. at a body repair shop. The estimate to fix the damage was over $2500 (which included a rental for a week). I then went to another body shop for another estimate. They looked at the damage and suggested that I try an auto detail shop down the road. I did, and the auto detail shop said the scratches were too deep for them to do the work, but suggested I talk to Buffmaster. Luckily I did. I spent about half an hour with the owner, Robert. He assessed the damage, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix, an explanation of what he would do and the results I could expect. Picked up the car today. You couldn't tell that the car had been scratched from front to back. It looked as good as new. They buffed out the scratches, removed water marks from the body/windshield and even detailed the tires. I was very pleased. Great job, Robert and Joe. You're the best. read more

I don't know, because I was told one thing and I was quite surprised by the bill once they were done. He gave me a price of $325.00 which for me seemed kind of high for detailing compared to others in the area but because they did such a nice job on another car that we took them I figured they would do a good job this time. He told me that he could buff out the back bumper which was included in the $325.00 price but when it was all said and done the bill came out to $985.00. Yeah a big difference from $325.00 and they never contacted me, the owner of the car to tell me the other things that needed to be done, but instead took it upon themselves to do the work without getting my prior approval. Now I am supposed to pay $985.00 for work I didn't really need done. For that price I could have had the whole car painted and still detailed. I was told that he would only need the car for a day which turned into the entire week. Plus it did not look as good as the other car we took them. My windows do not even look like they were cleaned. Feeling like I was taken an advantage of and extremely disappointed. I just bought the car and if I had known it was going to cost me $985.00 I would of just added that to the price I was going to spend on a car and I would of bought one that was newer and in better shape instead of spending another $1000.00 on work that really didn't need to be done. $500.00 to buff out a bumper and touch up paint???? My Silverado pickup had more pollen than paint when I dropped it off with Robert. When I picked it up the next day, I couldn't believe it was the same truck. It looked better than the day I bought it. The crew at BuffMaster cleaned, clayed and polished off twelve years of dog hair, horse hair and general field crud. I went for the whole nine yards, and BuffMaster also detailed the engine compartment and even the bedliner. Robert even gave me tips for keeping the shine looking great.
