Our flight was changed at the last minute and they arranged to pick us up when we arrived at the new time. The driver was also great. She had good communication, and was friendly, funny, and went the extra mile to schedule a late-night airport pickup to our hotel and an early morning return hotel pickup to the airport. Brandon and Allen were our drivers and were both friendly and prompt. Because they used a large van they could accommodate a large mountain bike shipping box as well as lots of luggage. It wasn't fancy but it was exactly what we needed. The Seattle Shuttle rates were the best we found and it all came together to make the experience really good. On 05.17.2024, (Friday), Alaska flight #543 from DFW)- transfer from Seattle airport to Crown Plaza down town. The operator named Lester. If you like your driver eating on his arrival was minor, but when I paid the fare I accidentally paid twice the fare (including tip) for two fares. I paid $80 instead of $40.00 ( All in twenties dollar bills ). Yes, I take the blame for my own oversight, but he was the only one in the company during the service to NOT notice the amount given to him. I don't fault the company for one employee but they need to know the character of their employees. (Earlier response from owner was a different incident.) read more

Undependable no show on a confirmed reservation for a trip to SeaTac. Had to find our own transportation after 2 calls to confirm, called when driver was first late and was reassured driver was on the way but never showed. Missed our flight, Seattle Shuttle said they would reimburse for expences but after several attempts no reimbursement. Undependable and unreliable do not use this company. read more

I found Seattle Shuttle through Yelp and they turned out to be the best of four other companies I contacted for quotes to shuttle 7 passengers plus lots of luggage to the Carnival Cruise terminal in Seattle Washington. The customer service via email and phone was very courteous, helpful, and the rates were far more reasonable than the other quotes I was emailed from other companies. I booked Seattle Shuttle for a round trip to SEATAC from Mukilteo this month. When I telephoned, the call was immediately picked up and I made the reservation. To have a live voice is really nice! My shuttle driver (who I wish I could remember his name) was early which I appreciated since it was raining a little...you know how I-5 gets on those days. He was so nice and was fun to talk with. I hadn't expected a van but there it was, lots of room. On my return, I called ahead to make sure we were on track for my pickup - they told me they would pick me up right at baggage claim (hooray, no tromping up and down elevators, etc.). Dennis came for me and off we went. We had a lot of laughs enroute and he was a very conscientious driver. Of course took my suitcase right up to the front door. I will certainly use Seattle Shuttle again in June when I have another trip. read more

Melinda needs to train other businesses in customer service! She was so pleasant to do business with! We were in Seattle for a cruise but arrived two days early. We booked: 1. shuttle from airport to hotel/apartment 2. shuttle from hotel/apartment to ship 3. ship to airport We had originally thought to spend the cruise disembarkation day in Seattle and Melinda offered a ship pick up, luggage storage while we spent the day doing tourist things and then a pick up from where ever we were to go back to the airport. Unfortunately, the weather was so awful we opted to go directly back to SeaTac and spend the day in the Delta Sky Lounge. Our friends were delayed over 3 hours in passport control when they arrived. Not an issue for our pickup! Melinda kept in contact with us. All three of our drivers were great: friendly, gave us information on the areas we were driving through. Byron, our contact at Cruise Terminal 91 was very pleasant to deal with in the pelting rain! I can recommend Seattle Shuttle without any hesitations! read more

This increased anxiety levels, as it shaved valuable time off what we allowed to comfortably arrive in time to check in for our international flight. Fantastic company. I called them on Sunday when our cruise arrived and they were able to accommodate my party of 6, which was great since we made reservations last minute. They were right outside the cruise terminal to greet me and my family then quickly got us to the airport. I wish I had found this company when we arrived in Seattle! (Had a horrible experience with the "flat rate" airport service who didn't have enough cars, so they set us up with a car from uber which cost $15 more!) They were much cheaper than uber/lyft and were less stressful to work with. They had a nice 10 person van that was able to take all our luggage no problem, unlike some of the uber/lyft SUVs. I feel like they took advantage of her, knowing she would not argue about this change in the rate, being a senior and all. My daughter was married in Capital Hill last week. We hired Seattle Shuttle to transport the wedding party and others from the U-District, Kirkland and Bellevue, and despite once-in-a-lifetime snow and ice that hit the days before, the vans arrived on time and everyonegot there on time. Our driver Brandon even grabbed my shovel and made a pathway for the bridesmaids and bride from our house to the van!! They returned on time as well, and got everyone safely delivered back home. Less expensive than a taxi, prompt, and doesn't require intermediate stops or sharing with strangers. The drivers (especially the outgoing young man from Alabama--I think his name is Heath) are excellent. This is a relatively small operation. The only downside I've discovered--which is really an upside from my perspective--is that they won't overbook. This means you'll get good service, if you make a reservation--but they may not keep accepting reservations if they think they're going to be overwhelmed by, say, business from cruise ships. read more

We arrived to Seattle from our cruise with 7 hours to spare before needing to go to the airport. We had tons of luggage and really wanted to spend the day doing something fun before heading back home to AZ. I found Seattle Shuttle that offers a service to pick you up and drop you off while holding on to your luggage. Then they will pick you up at your new location and drive you to the airport or other destination. They were AMAZING! Friendly, happy, very reasonably priced and on time. They took great care of our luggage and that gave us plenty of time to explore Seattle. We even went to a Mariners game for a few innings. I highly recommend their service. Well, we were put in a 15 passenger van and we had multiple stops. We had to call twice to be picked up andd we even had reservations. The AM pickup was late and had multiple stops along the way. Use this from the hotel to the cruise ship dock, everything was fine. Made a reservation when we returned to go from the dock to the airport. Called them liked we asked them them know where we were in the process. When we go to them they had no drivers. Said it would we 20-30 minutes. The guy at the pier was great. The lady that's supposed be controlling it didn't have a clue. She didn't know where her drivers were or who was coming and kept.passing bad info. An hour and 10 minutes later a van finally arrived. There were two groups of us waiting. The other group had pre-paid and had a person in a wheel chair and a walker. Because we didn't know when another van was coming we all got in. First made contact by email about three weeks ago to inquire about shuttle service from SeaTac to our hotel in downtown. The rate we were quoted was good as I also looked into using rideshare companies, if the hotel had their own shuttle, and taxi services. Our difficulty was because we were traveling with a toddler and didn't want to bring a car seat who could accommodate as Uber and Lyft didn't offer those kind of services. It was an easy decision. Gotta applaud Melinda for her customer service. Prompt, courteous and gave you the feeling that it was above and beyond what you ask. We arrived, called and were picked up promptly by the driver (can't remember his name, but had this long, raging beard) at the correct door in a huge van. While the van had obviously been a workhorse for them and you could tell the wear, it was clean, ran well, and got us there safely so no complaints here. The driver was great too as we asked for suggestions on where to go for dinner and he offered a couple of great choices. We get to the hotel in what felt like no time at all! But here's the kicker...I'd accidentally left my cellphone in the van! I called Melinda again on my wife's phone and left a message. She called right back and said that she actually tried to call me to make sure the ride was as expected and the driver said my phone was ringing in the van. She said he'd be right back with the phone and left it with the hotel's front desk before I could make my way down from our room to meet him. THAT is customer service! 6 of us took a cruise to Alaska out of Seattle Sunday August 26 through September 2nd and needed a way from our Hotel to the cruise pier and from the pier to the airport when we returned. We contacted Seattle Shuttle and received fantastic customer service from the get go. We contacted Seattle Shuttle via email and making the arrangements were simple and easy. The driver Dennis picked us up exactly on time at our hotel and we really enjoyed the drive to the pier. Dennis was helpful and friendly and we had a great time talking to him. These folks were amazing!! We used them for three separate transfers for our large group. They went above and beyond to get us to the multiple places we needed to be, on time and super considerate. We used Seattle Shuttle twice while visiting Seattle. We were fortunate to have Scotty as our driver for both of our rides. We went from our motel to the pier for a cruise and then to the airport. Both times Scotty was punctual, helpful and professional. He even pointed out scenic places along the way. Took the shuttle from the Marriott to the cruise ship terminal without a problem, and was offered a pick-up service to the airport on the ship's return - all we had to do is call and they would be there. We called as we disembarked and were told to call when we got through customs - which we did and were told to wait at a designated location and the shuttle would be there in 30 minutes (a bit longer than we thought appropriate). 40 minutes later and no shuttle, we called again and was told the driver was 5-6 minutes out. Another 15 minutes later, still no shuttle - called again and was told driver should be there shortly. By this time, most passengers had been picked up and people were already beginning to arrive for the next cruise, so we gave up and grabbed a limo that had just dropped off departing passengers. The pick up at Sea Tac was prompt with great communication on where and when our van/driver would pick us up. The pick up at the cruise port and trip back to the airport went just as well. Melinda and her crew run an AWESOME shuttle business! I had a group of 14 split up between 2 different houses and they always showed up when they said they would. I really appreciated their ability to change pick up times when we had a change of plans and needed a pick up earlier or later than planned. A VERY customer service oriented business. The team from Seattle Shuttle was a pleasure to work with. We hired them last weekend to shuttle guests from a reception hall in West Seattle to the wedding site on Alki and back to the hall afterward. The drivers were prompt and courteous and good with the older guests who needed a little help. We used 10-person vans, which meant ducking under the seat belts to reach the back rows but that wasn't a problem for the younger guests, while the older guests sat in the front row. The driver was on time and Everyone I spoke with on the phone and through email was friendly and professional. This company was also slightly cheaper than two of their competitors I looked into. I also made reservations for our party of 7 to be picked up from the airport to be taken home, however the night before our return flight we found out 5 people in our party had a much earlier flight, I called the company around 10pm and they were very accomidating and were able to pick up the 5 at the earlier time and the driver came back to pick up my husband and I at the original time. Plans were made with Melinda who emailed detailed instructions on what to do at the airport and also at the pier. Melinda, the drivers, and staff were all friendly.
