I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. First off, Al is incredibly prompt, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. I love that we could book a car that includes an already safely installed car seat for our kiddo. As a parent, knowing I don't have to worry about this logistic is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Let's talk about the vehicle itself - just wow. It was comfortable, had entertainment for the little one, and incredibly spacious. We were able to comfortably fit ourselves and our luggage without any problems.
