Heard about this business from a friend at Google engineering in Kirkland, Washington and I had a chance to visit their amazing offices in Redmond, Washington. They have the original route 66 vacancy sign in the lobby and a 5 foot grizzly bear in the coding "arena" as they call it. Great company and amazing people made up of ex Microsoft and Google guys building all sorts of cool stuff. My deal was an app to listen to scanners from all over the world and they contacted each and every single police agency worldwide in 3 months piping in a feed of over 2300 police scanners from around the world. They were also able to hook me up with marketing and landed me a magazine article and also a good domain name that currently ranks #1. Great set of guys. I cannot talk about the nature of my App because it is still under development but I could not help writing a good review for this company after leaving their offices this morning. I live in Redmond Washington and usually outsource my stuff overseas but I needed a hardware app that is built into a device I am working on for doctors so I had to work with someone local. Seattle Software Developers is on the very edge of the Microsoft Campus and while the office is strange and weird (yes they do have a bear in the lobby) today I received the first mock up of my idea and it was so much better than I had ever hoped for and unlike other firms, I have not found ONE error. This is big because anyone that uses devs knows that when you get that first result back it's always messed up with errors and they depend on you to fix them all and send it back. I can tell they spent the money on someone that proofed it out before delivery. To do that on the first mock is unheard of and that's why I am stepping out in faith before this is done and writing this review. They hooked me up with ex Microsoft techs who are going to help me implement the device for hospital beds and even gave me medical contacts for purchasing. Lenny is hooked up. Last year I paid 55K for an app that they had built for someone else who went BK and I gotta tell you they are amazing. I live in Olathe, Kansas which is about as far away from dot com as you can get but they held my hand every step of the way. Lenny was awesome and they showed me how to get #1 on Google for free and then they even put me into contact with people I never knew existed that helped me so much. Today I have made a total profit of 1 million bucks. Not bad for a hick from Kansas. It's been six months but the damn thing works and now my wife and I are actually thinking of moving to Seattle! What an experience! The guy actually listened to me on the phone for over an hour without interrupting me. He emailed me an NDA to use and made me sign it to protect ME before he would listen to my idea. I felt so comfortable I sent them 55K and yesterday I received a link to my website and I am BLOWN AWAY. Not only did they do what I wanted, but he added all of his know-how and made it so that my site shows up in other languages if its pulled up in China it comes up in Chinese! Worth every penny I paid these guys and today I sent back a list of changes and they said they would get on it and have it done by Friday. We are from Tel Aviv and met Dan and Phil when they were here in January at the conference and decided to hire their services to build out an app that would track our bicycles that we rent to tourist. We have 2,000 different types with 45 locations. They came up with a creative device that hides in the handlebars and is completely hidden but allows us to see if consumers are taking the bikes to Jordan or Syria, or even trying to load them on the plane back home!
