When unexpected emergencies happen we are kept in the loop and issues are remedied promptly. Recently a neighboring condo had a snake bust one of our pipes. Luckily, Leo got on it immediately. He contacted the plumbing company who caused the issue and took care of our tenants by making sure there wasn't lingering water damage. During this whole process we received detailed updates along with photos of every part of the problem. Leo also approached us in a light way making this situation not feel like the sky was falling. The two collections were paid off in full and we have receipts yet they denied us the rental wasted our time, broke real estate law, and lied. I am drafting a complaint for the border real estate and taking them to small claims for wasting my time and taking my application fee. If you want a bunch of losers that lie and take your money and don't even answer the phone for weeks when you are ready to apply go with these guys. Pathetic business.

Absolute worst property management company! I was interested in a rental and called to schedule a…read moreviewing, but was told I couldn't see it until September because it was currently occupied. A few days later, I started getting automated emails saying it had been leased. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone again, they confirmed it was off the market. If they allow people to rent sight-unseen, they should have been transparent about that from the start. Better yet, don't post a property for rent if it's not actually available for people to view. It feels like the staff member I spoke with deliberately held it for someone specific instead of giving everyone a fair shot. Completely unfair, terrible communication, and a total waste of time. Avoid this company!
