They have their own churros frying machine so they make them fresh. We stayed about two hours eating and talking with no rush and having a great time. The service is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. Afterwards I bought a tray of a variety of pastries to take home. All delicious and very fresh. The cafeteria is open at 7am and the outside area around 8am.
