My niece scheduled an appointment to have some work done by this local DMV tattoo artist. @_sebastian_tattoos He requested a $500 deposit be sent to him via an account transfer. Once he received the deposit an appointment was set for Feb. 10th. On Feb. 10th Anthony aka Sebastian canceled my niece appointment stating that he had to finish up with a client. Another appointment date was set for Feb. 13th. When that day came he canceled the appointment again stating that he was working on a client. Another date was set for Feb. 16th. Anthony canceled her appointment again, this being the third time. He stated that he was feeling under the weather and asked if he could reschedule for a later time that day. My niece had originally explained to Anthony(Sebastian) that she was here on leave from the military and that she would be departing on Feb. 19th heading back out of the country for active duty. Due to the many cancellations on his end my niece requested that he refund her money since he was unable fulfill his end of the contract. I also reached out to Anthony (Sebastian) to attempt to rectify the situation but he later blocked me when I insisted that a refund be given to her since he voided the contract the moment he canceled her appointment. I scheduled an appointment with "Sebastian tattoos" on November the 26, 2019. Prior to the appointment we discussed my services and price. He established in order to secure an appointment there is a 500.00 deposit that will go towards the quoted price. I paid the deposit via Apple Pay. The day of the appointment he ask to reschedule for the following day at 4pm, I agreed. Once I arrived to the address he provided a guy answered the door and said he no longer works out of that location. I called "Sebastian" over and over, text, direct messaged on Instagram and received no response. I proceeded to go back to the door to get more information on this "Sebastian" guy and the unidentified man says this is nothing new he has scammed over 20 people since he has left and misleading clients that he still works at that particular location. If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is not to be trusted and everyone needs to be aware!! I contacted Anthony Bowser to do a tattoo for me. Transferred $500 to lock in my appointment. On the day of the appointment he cancelled saying his "phone was broken". Ok.....as his "policy" says 1 reschedule is allowed by artist or client....fine. We rescheduled and AGAIN he cancels claiming he is "under the weather". He then said he could do it at a ridiculous time like 10a the very next day.....NO people work!! I asked to have my money refunded and he promptly blocked me via iMessage/text. It's a shame that he has done this to several people.....$500 adds up real quick!! He needs to be stopped!! I was scheduled to get a tattoo with Sebastian on 12Oct2019. Sebastian states that you must pay a deposit with no exceptions. He then provides a text message with information and states that there is only one reschedule allowed if the client and/or the artist (Sebastian). After traveling several hours to DC Sebastian texts 3 hours before the session and states that he has a family emergency and if I could come the following Saturday. I explained to him which he already knew that I was traveling from another state. He said okay what about tomorrow at 10:00 am (13Oct2019). I agreed. Less than 90 mins before the session he texts and states that he needs to run to Baltimore to receive more supplies and that I could meet him at his spot and not the shop due to it being closer. I let him know again that we are over 5 hours away and that due to his own contract this was him rescheduling the appointment again and I requested a refund of the deposit which was 500.00. Sebastian requested that the payment is made via apple pay. After my request of the refund for my deposit. Sebastian has seemingly blocked me via phone and via IG where I found him initially. I requested information on his posts and he has since deleted those posts. Unfortunately there is a major struggle to receive my refund back due to it being a money to money transfer. I am sure he does this all the time. It is truly unfortunate and as I explained I simply want my money back for the session not occurring and him being okay with conducting his business like this.
