They are professional, personable and always make the delivery experience enjoyable (they even have a few good jokes...). They treat my home with the utmost respect, are meticulous about cleanliness, and make sure every piece is assembled perfectly before they leave. A friendly and not pushy salesperson approached within a minute. Like the great customer that I am I had my filters ready to narrow down my choices. No leather, no sleeper sofa, no wildflower prints etc., etc. I specifically mentioned I didn't want any prints of wild naked women on my sofa. After she stopped laughing my salesperson said she thought she could avoid that! After about twenty minutes a found my perfect sofa. Not bad! I was told it need to be ordered and would be delivered on July 19th. I paid and was out the door and smiling in thirty minutes. On July 18th I received the delivery call and agreed to the delivery window. The guys arrived on time and the delivery was perfect. They removed my old sofa for a small fee. So what can I say. I was completely satisfied and not for the first time! I'll be back!

There seems to be a breakdown as various points of your computer system do not communicate well with each other. Multiple calls took him from the sales floor and added delay to our sales process as we were all at the mercy of what seemed to be an IT support system (by phone) that was not qualified to fix the problem. 2. This is a review of the Outlet Center. A couple of miles south on Route 27 is their main showroom. There you have all the glitz and glamour and incredible variety. I have been there many times. Here is much different. It's a giant box of a warehouse surrounded by a barbed wire fence. Here the glitz and glamour go down, the variety goes down and the prices go way way down! You will also see some used furniture here. One thing that stays the same is excellent customer service! Everyone is always a pleasure to work with. If you are new to these folks, I'd recommend you stop by both locations and then make an informed decision. In either case, I suspect you'll be pleased!
