nothing special. Plants are about the same price as any nursery. They run specials but you may get $1 off. Not really worth the effort since they don't have a complete inventory. I've been there 5-6 times and have not bought a thing. PS I picked up two perennials on the $9.99 perennial table and all of those particular plants did not have pricing stickers. When I got to the register she said "oh, those are native perennials so the price is higher" $14.99. Seemed weird they were the only ones that did not have a price sticker and they raised the price at the register. read more

Having seen their ads on social media and the fact we were going to be in the area, we decided to stop by and see what they had to offer. Its a no frills, what you see is what you get plant outlet. Prices are cheaper than the big box stores but might be a few dollars more than some mom and pop shops in the area. I was in the market for herbs and they had a TON to choose from, all priced at $2.99 or $1.00 for others. Quality wise most plants looked well watered and in good shape. Hardly any looked wilted or weathered and there was a good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly despite a long line of customers, and answered any questions I had. Stock is always changing based on what they can get in so if I'm in the area again I'll stop in and see what they have. I have heard it gets crowded esp on the weekends so go early if you can. read more

Essentially an Outlet for BloomBox. BloomBox is a local flower delivery service that I've used since its inception. They are a local group of guys with a business model that took off and this lot is full of their overstock or miscellaneous one offs. Prices are good, people are friendly and plant quality has always been good! Just know that when you go, there's no frills and what is available is what is available. They're not trying to impress, it's a lot with well priced plants and they'll be there selling local plants to local customers as long as their lease allows. read more

Stopped by here this past Saturday after seeing ads on repeat on social media. I don't know if my expectations were too high but I was not impressed. What it is is a plant pop up of sorts Located in an empty car lot. Everything is outside. From what I've read inventory changes constantly and is supposed to be lower priced because the plants are not first quality. I expected some deals and saw none. Prices were the same as most any other nursery. Some of the plants really looked like leftovers, while others did not. The best deal I found was half dead herbs in small pots for $1. Go to Roots and you'll find first quality and bigger established herbs for the same price. Annuals were $2.99 and $3.99 a 6 pack. Dutchway has better variety in full bloom for $1.99 regular price and ylsince they are blooming you know what you're getting. Also worth noting is the line is very long. I guess some folks are drinking the cool aid, but for me, there's better deals and healthier plants out there. read more

The selection here is incredible, and the plants are so healthy! I was able to start my vegetables and herbs much earlier than I would have normally, because these strong seedlings were already hardened off. Fantastic prices, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Every time I have come on a Thursday (The first day of their opening hours for the week), There has been a huge line, even midday. Go early and often! :) read more

It's a no frills plant outlet that is nicer than any Amish country stand. Palm trees, tropicals and prices that are lower than box stores.

My partner and I went there today after being excited for weeks to check this place out and support this business. We shopped around and found some amazing plants! Once we go to check out we find out that sone of the plants that we picked out were not the price we thought so we asked the cashier to give us a moment so that we can decide which plants we want to keep and let go. We mentioned privately between the both of us that some plants might not be worth the price and the cashier poked his head out and aggressively told us that we wouldn't be able to get those plants for that price at Home Depot. Which then we responded in shock because we were privately speaking. We told him that we wanted to support the business and we like what the company does giving plants a second chance. The cashier kept meeting us with attitude and his tone was way too serious for an exchange at a plant shop. My point isn't to really bash the shop but the blonde guy running the shop clearly doesn't understand how to speak to people. He lacks the understanding that if you give your customers a moment to reassess what they want to purchase that he could have saved the sale. It wouldn't have been the original total but the business would have earned something at least. Customer service goes a long way and if he ever worked in sales and had to eat off of what he sold he would never treat his customers like that. I don't even believe the is from the community because the people that are from here do not treat each other like this. I really hope that nobody else gets treated like this because there were other elderly customers that shared our same sentiment. read more

I love this place for the native plant selection and prices. Based on negative reviews, I'd say just right-size your expectations: if you want the full selection, check out their Bloombox site. This is a sort of "outlet," so inventory varies week to week and is sometimes marked down because it needs some TLC. But I've been pleasantly surprised at the selection and quality, and the prices are good, and sometimes great. No, not everything is fire sale priced, but if it were, they couldn't stay in business. I've also found them pretty knowledgeable about horticulture and am excited that they have a commitment to growing native plants to support native ecosystems. (I've worked at garden stores and much of the landscape industry is very UNconcerned with environmental impacts.) I was especially excited that when I requested some plants I hadn't seen in their Bloombox store, they actually said they'd consider growing them. THEY BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK WHEN I POSTED MY REVIEW. I came here finally super excited! Waiting for my chance to have all these beautiful plants for a decent price and give them a second chance.. Grab a bunch of beautiful plants! I guess I grabbed from the wrong section and they were a different price.. and then I noticed others were too! So while paying I asked the man if I could step aside and reassessing my plants to see if I actually needed that many and while talking to my partner privately the man aggressively popped his head out to tell me that they are cheaper than Lowe's and I said yeah for sure I understand that! I repeated myself saying I appreciate them and I appreciate the store and that if I could please privately reassess myself? And I don't know why he's so angry with me.. he kept saying screaming at me saying he don't need the sass while i said I understand you might be having a hard day or stressed from all the new people coming but that man was mean. So mean for no reason at all. I wanted my plants and I just wanted to pick my favorites and not get them all? (Because I didn't want to spend 60 dollars on succulents?) I did pick a lot lol but I decided to chance my mind? He raised his voice and had zero customer service it was disgusting and as I sat there and even made him feel better he screamed. It was disgusting. I sadly left with no plants because the guy couldn't let me just rethink my decision? He needed to pop his thought in no reason. I said nothing rude and it's terrible. I do not recommend coming here it feels like a big company who is faking to be a small company to sell their dead products to juice all they have. That man was entitled and very rude for no reason. He ruined the entire sale because I wanted to check what I was buying. It's not a money problem I probably would have left with all 15 plants and picked out 2? You shouldn't ever speak to a person like that. If you speak to me and my partner (younger) that way I can't imagine how you're treating the sweet older people in there. The selection has been fantastic, there's a cycle of seasonal plants as we're shifting into a new planting phase. The service is prompt and they planned out a layout that allows for movement towards the register. Value is great, I haven't had a single plant fail, and I paid less the other stores. read more
