I support a dept in a local university and we were having printer issues. I called my contacts at Cartridge World and they recommended Second Chance Solutions, Inc. for laser printer repair service. Mind you, I was calling to get a price estimate and set up a service call. The gentleman said, "Well tell me what's going on." I described the problem and he gave me a few steps to try.
