So glad I found the Bearded Tech Guy in my online search! We knew that we had to get a new computer…read morebut clueless as to what to purchase as so many options were just overwhelming! He asked us a lot of questions on how the computer would be used and what it needed to do, etc. We totally were lost and had no idea on what to purchase but he actually helped us order the right one for us. Then, when it was delivered, he came and helped us set it up to our needs and to our printer. What we had been dreading, he turned in to a wonderful experience! Such a pleasant surprise to find someone so knowledgeable, but also polite and patient to explain everything to us in a manner that we could understand.
