If it can't be done remotely (and it usually can), someone is instantly on their way here to help. We all have been truly blown away by the response time, knowledge, and efficiency that they have brought to our practice. We jokingly call them "The Wizard" because they operate like "the man behind the curtain" in The Wizard of OZ, silently taking care of things behind the scenes. Then, when you call on them for help, they're "magically" remoting in and solving the problem in minutes. And when needed in person, help is extremely prompt and efficient. The other day we could not get into one of our workstations due to a major software glitch. I sent a message to MCS describing the error message. Wa-a-a-a-ay better than a cable company. 3. ROOF INSTALL. They put the antenna up on the roof exactly as asked. They did all of the right work, had the right parts and the job looks great. 4. IN HOME. They had to wire the antenna into our attic. From there they got it down to our home cable box, and out to all of the TVs. I'm very happy with the work they did. If they'd been on time and a little more responsive = five stars. The great thing is that I can now get rid of my cable and save $100 / month and still get good HDTV service.
