So one Saturday afternoon we took a drive up to Laval. When we walked in we were in cheesecake heaven. I wish i could have tried anything i wanted but they only had 3 kinds in the freezer available, i took one of each and was absolutely delighted. The texture is nice and light almost that of a whipped cheesecake. I did find out you can call ahead 48 hrs to place a custom order which i definitely plan on doing as their Crème brûlée and Bailey's cheesecakes were screaming my name. But I was really pleasantly surprised by the configuration of the place. The placement of the table is really well taught. The small round table are placed in a way to make them intimate. Separated by fireplaces or other objects. Long table are in open space, made for steam line and efficient work space great for laptop user. The two area are well defined in order to minimize the sound of chitchat for the laborious pack and to minimize the flow of customers next to those who want to wind down. :-)
