Fortunately, I assume they opened up several franchises around and off the island and they are magnificent. That saves me lots of hassle to find parking and traffic. This location is awesome and closer to where I live so I decided to try it out! They are located in the fairview mall right across the SAQ. The service was Fabulous! The gentleman at the counter was quite helpful and friendly he made sure to whip up my own concoction. I went for their mochaccino bubble tea. It was served with a shot of esspresso and a lot of yummy powders i know not healthy Hillary .. but I can't help it it's so gooooooooood! There were only two employees at the cash but less than 4 customers in line. I'd go back but I'd want to have a quicker service next time. They have a loyalty card, one for regular and one for large. After 10, the next one is free. You can add/change the bubble/toppings of your drink, they have about 10 different choice. The last station is the milk and boba station they have dairy and none dairy options which is great. Once at the cash you give them your choices and they go ahead and make your drink. They also have macaroons from daan go based out of Toronto which happen to be my favourite. Sadly there was only 6 flavours available when I went but I still had to get one! I tried the green tea kumquat and it was amazing. I felt I was drinking a limonade but even fresher and without all the sugar. My girlfriend took a strawberry latte and she really love it. Your order do take some time since it's freshly made one drink at a time. I only wished there was other location because it's far from my home or from regular place I visit.

I got 30% ice and it was plenty cold. This drink comes with tapioca pearls, sago, and grass jelly by default. The amount of toppings was satisfactory. Service was efficient but while not rude, not all that friendly. Kind of abrupt and brusque. Oh well, at least the drink was good and I got it quickly, lol. There are a few seats to hang out but we took the drinks to go. They have some claw machines but you win free drinks, not plushies or toys. I usually like to try new-to-me bubble tea shops when I'm traveling, but they lured me in with their BOGO special. What better way to cool down and to cheer up than with a cup of bubble tea. Or better yet, two, lol. I pulled out my UberEats app and searched for bubble tea near me and Theora showed up with a BOGO deal. I'm ok with being a double-fisted drinker, haha. I got a small mango green tea with mango agar jelly for $7.50 BOGO. What a great deal! I got no sugar and 30% ice and it was plenty sweet from the mango juice and jelly. The drink was delicious with a strong mango flavour and I tasted mango pulp. The jelly was chewy and delicious. Service was welcoming and friendly. It was also ready when the app said it was. There's some seating inside the shop. Decor is minimalist. The place is very neat and clean looking. Definitely recommend! Street parking only, although I came by foot. (115)

I also ordered the strawberry matcha latte but that didn't stand out and tasted similar to many of the others I've had. Definitely still worth a visit and I'm glad I stopped by before I left Montreal!
