I booked an appointment online over the weekend for Monday morning and requested a call for a quote. Received a call first thing Monday morning and pricing was extremely reasonable so brought in my Rav4. I am beyond satisfied and work took about 2 hours for rear brakes and rotor replacement. I made an appointment to have 3 recalls dealt with on August 13th. I dropped off my truck at 5 p.m…read more August 13th. The service center said it would take about an hour and a half to complete the recalls. I went to pick up my truck August 14th at 5:15 pm. 24 hours later!!! Should have been ample time, right? Wrong!!!! As we were walking to my truck I was given my keys and told " we didn't get to your truck today can you bring it back tomorrow?". The service attendant then proceeded to blame me claiming I did not have an appointment and that's why they didn't service my truck. These guys do not care about you. Their slogan is " we make it easy." Their slogan should be "we take it easy" If you leave your car with them and they don't fix it they will blame you. A 1 star rating is much too high!!! They had my truck for 24 hours and all they did was move it from one space to another. They did not address the recalls that they claimed would only take an hour and a half. These guys flat-out don't care about your time. Horrible inconsiderate customer service!! If you get suckered into buying from these guys, count on having to take it somewhere else to get professional service.
