From the very beginning, I was impressed by the fully digital, automated system--no more worrying about lost keys or broken locks! True 24-hour access, top-notch security, and an immaculate facility that's always spotless and easy to navigate. Of course, those features alone are enough to earn a glowing review. But what truly sets BreathEZ apart--and why I'm so eager to share my experience--is the exceptional management. Because the system is so high-tech, I initially assumed communication would be cold or robotic. I couldn't have been more wrong. On my very first day, I mistakenly pressed the wrong button while trying to exit. To my surprise (and slight embarrassment), a calm and genuinely concerned voice came over the speaker asking if I needed help. With great patience, they guided me through the process and opened the gate. That simple act of kindness made a lasting impression. Driving home I also realized that those security cameras weren't just there as ambience nor delivering video to a dusty recorder but that someone was actually monitoring! If I had been in trouble I had a "guardian angel" watching over me. Since then, I've run into a couple of minor issues with automatic payments--none of which were BreathEZ's fault. Still, the response I received was always understanding, respectful, and helpful--not once was I made to feel like a burden. I never expected to rave about a storage facility the way I might about a hidden gem of a restaurant or a fantastic boutique. But BreathEZ Storage is just that impressive. Storage is something most of us need at some point, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. If new management is going to take over they should send everyone a letter in the mail to let them know. Just for my unit alone I am paying $162.00 now. They don't tell you that your storage unit is going up only if you ask why is my payment more, then they something to you about it. Just like them add insurance to everyone unit on there own. They take it to do so on there own. If you have part of the payment they should be able to take it from you and put in so when you get the rest it is all there and you are okay. Nothing anything they do and has to do with everyone stuff there in the storage unit we should be notified of what is going on there. When you get a unit they should have everything on that one piece of paper that states this is what is going to happy to your unit and not by a email or a phone call. I have never had anything sent out to me before from this Highway 160 storage place, I heard bad things about this place just within a year now. That the people there when they go to cut your lock they open up your storage unit door and see what you have in there and if they like they will take it right under your notice. If you really think about Tiffany that Is know has the supervisor she is a very rude person she hires people to work there that they don't know anything about, I remember back in February 2024 I was there putting my stuff in my unit because I had a question went to the house and they were close, now how are they going to be close, but your car is there. The door was lock. Anytime you call they do not call you back right away like they should do. I call them 6 times yesterday on Wednesday 11, 2024 and I didn't get a call back until they had Austion my unit off last night at 6pm. They also just told me this morning if I had the money before 5pm yesterday that I would of had to have cash in hand. So they don't take card when you come to a limit. Need to pay cash that to me is bullshit. You should be able to pay everything online if it is late or not. Tiffany the is a supervisor just a month ago Tiffany was loudly people to stay on the property when know one should be on the property period. The person staying on the property whoever it was they were leaving there trash everwhere from trush to drug supplies. There was a time when i was there to get some things and stop off. There is no lights out there so you can see. It is so dark up. If you are going to sign up there, i would never again storage anything there again. They told me yesterday from that my payment needto be in and i was going to pay my balance i never knew until this morning. I got a falt tire there about Employer said something to that person you get off. The property period Tiffany head supervisor says for that lady that she's more. Unwelcome to come back on the property supposed to be. She has a motor home there. And she's able to stay there. When that is not necessary, Tiffany is a true face. Couldn't a person she says one thing and does the other. What she did to me is very wrong. Cause dating on any paperwork day I've ever gave me. Does not say anything about austion any unit off. The owner of the property. I feel very sad for you if you do not know what's going on with your units.. You will be contacted by higher people. Will be getting ahold of the main ower, and for you TIFFANY THAT IS SO WRONG WHAT YOU DO TO PEOPLE AND THERE STUFF IN THERE UNITS. I DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR AT ALL. They are lies they steal from you when they put a lock on your unit. The pricing went up to over double the price since the last time I checked and there wasn't too many places around here to choose from. Thank God I did one last check online before I took the plunge and found Southwest Containers. Their pricing was phenomenal and their service was outstanding! I met up with Alex and had everything taken care of within 30 minutes. We had the delivery scheduled within a week. A week later he arrived and dropped the containers perfectly, I was very happy with the results and the containers were in great shape!

They are incredibly rude & just plain out mean to the customers. Years ago I used them & so much time went past I forgot how horrible they were. I used them again what a horrible mistake... 1) when I used them first it was around 2003. The owner came out & started throwing rocks at my car when I was leaving. When I stopped my truck & got out he hit me with a rock & said I was going to fast through his yard. He began yelling at me to the point where I got in my car & left as fast as I could scared he would assault me. The next day I emptied my unit & when I went inside the guy told me it was my fault he had to attack me & good he didn't want my business. 2) now this last year my mom needed a storage unit she chose this place before I could tell her my story. I figured 13 years has passed who knows maybe new owners now. So now with her unit... *) it rained & the entire unit was flooded. The lady at the desk said it wasn't their fault but when she moved out she would refund her $25 deposit plus an additional $25 so $50 total. Not a huge compensation for what was lost but atleast covers the dump run. * my mom vacated the unit & cleaned it completely out when she went to get her refund the lady said $25 refund of her security deposit but she never said anything else would be refunded! Last she would mail it out sometime this month. Horrible customer service , they lie to their customers. Haven't you people heard to treat others as you want to be treated. Maybe they don't believe in karma but these are bad people Update: the refund was mailed to the wrong address she conveniently left a number off my PO box! My mom is older & they took advantage of that. On the refund it says their policy is to refund it to a card but she didn't give her that option. Instead she wrote no card available
