When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

Frustratingly, despite what their in-store business cards state, they do not provide same-day service at their Blue diamond location. While they do not offer same-day cleaning despite what they advertise, an in-store associate guaranteed me that a "rush" would ensure my clothes were ready by 10 AM the next morning. This was the day of my wedding! When I arrived the next day, I was informed that my clothes were at a different location and would not be available until 1-2 PM unless I picked them up myself from their location next to the strip - about half an hour away where I was staying. Needless to say, I was stressed. The anxiety of this last-minute scramble overshadowed the joy of my wedding day. To make matters worse, when I finally received my clothes, I discovered that one of my tuxedo shirts was stained with ink. So I basically paid 20+ dollars to just get my shirt stained. The manager didn't apologize and would not compensate me, so it seems like unprofessional work is standard practice for this business. Frankly, the lack of any accountability was disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering Super Cleaners to look elsewhere. Their unreliability and lack of customer care have left me deeply disappointed. Update: as you can see in the comments below, Super Cleaners paints me as the bad guy for purchasing their service on the basis of an incorrect guarantee by their employee and calling them out when they did not deliver on it. Additionally, this business did actually mess up my shirt. Look at the final picture where their tag is still on the shirt if you have any doubts. It's difficult to walk away from this business satisfied, when their official customer service response is to passive-aggressively attack me for bringing my shirt to them so close to my wedding day (when I'm doing so because of events out of my control) and then claim I'm lying about it despite me sharing photos with their tags on it to show that I haven't worn the shirt they messed up.

The store associate was very casual about it when we went to pick up the rest of the items. We were told it was still being cleaned at their separate downtown location. We were able to pick up the rest of my husband's items and assured they would notify us when the dress was ready. They never reached out to us and it took two calls from us to even get an assistant manager involved. Maria was very dismissive of my concerns and told me they haven't even started the review of their cameras to locate the item! She said they thought they were looking for one item that we had already picked up! My husband and my sisters had to call them numerous times today before Maria even called me back. I followed up with her two hours after (two calls plus a voicemail) just for Maria to tell me she won't call me again until tomorrow, despite me asking for updates as they have shown they do NOT care about this. And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. When it came time to walk down the aisle my coordinator recommended I keep my dress bustled, um no thank you!! I wanted a train for a reason!! Which meant I knew I would need it cleaned. Returning to town I started looking in to who would be able to clean my $400 wedding dress. I didn't go all out on budget for this dress, there isn't lace or beads. I took it to a cleaners near Mint Locker(very close if you get my drift). They quoted me $150 after a phone call to their associate. I left with my dress. I decided on Mint Locker and wrote my notes in. I dropped my dress off with the easiest drop off steps ever and went on my way. I hadn't updated my payment info in years, they reached out after a day and let me know. Once I updated it, they told me my dress was ready and I picked it up!!! Here's the kicker folks, when I picked my dress up I was expecting to pay $135. That's what the website quotes, my receipt shows I paid $22 for a delicate dress!!!! As I mentioned and as you're able to see via my photos, my dress is GOREGOUS(yes, I'm patting my back on dress choice), but, it isn't couture. I'm beyond happy with the results. As I told the person working with me, I look pretty damn good in this dress now. No matter who helps you, you are made to feel like a celebrity. Whatever you need, whatever they can do to make things better for you, they will do. I have passed this information along to several others and I think they are now customers. If you want a hem from a dry cleaner, go there, but if you want really good tailoring, this is the place for you.
