These two con artists told me to take care of my oil leak they had to take my motor out tear it apart paint the inside with some magic sealer. They said the metal in my block was too porous so they had to bake my motor with this magic sealer to take care of my oil leak which was main seal. They said this procedure would only cost $6,500. We had a good experience with this business last November, or so I thought. When I drove our RV back to our home in Amargosa Valley, after getting our brakes, routers and ABS System replaced, I noticed when I braked that I vered to the right, also the ABS light would not go out. Supposedly the mechanic at this shop wasn't going to pay for a computer to clear such codes either. I told this to my husband and at the time he didn't want to take it back since they already had it at the shop for a week or so. Later on down the road we took our RV to Reno, obviously the brakes were not going to fix themselves and even though my husband cleared the code for the ABS, it still stayed on. I called back a few times to get our RV in but something always came up on our side and couldn't make it in. Finally I called back, we weren't busy, nothing outstanding and asked if it was OK to bring in our RV, and she said sure. A few months ago, I spoke with Rhonda and she informed me she was training someone to take her spot, she was going to retire, and when I did call and found out that it was fine to bring the RV in, we did. When we rolled up we noticed how slammed they were with RVs in their lot, we spoke to the mechanic, told him the issue, that it was warranty work etc, he was good with that, and as we were departing he asked if we were in a rush, we were, but we weren't. I called after a week when our RV hadn't budged and asked about the status, the lady indicated they got slammed "all of a sudden" with a/c issues and they were emergencies. We have a camera on top of the roof of our RV and to be honest, I never saw anything different from when we dropped it off to when i went to talk to this lady at the office. When I went in to talk to her, I asked very kindly if someone could keep me abreast with what is going on with my RV, and she told me someone will. When Rhonda was running this office, she would either email me or call me, plus, she would know how busy they were and give me the best time to bring in my rig, since we live a fair piece away. This person that Rhonda hired to "take over" her job is useless....Our rig sat in their parking lot for 3 weeks without it beig looked at, and when my husband called the monday morning before picking it up, the lady told him that nobody had looked at it and all the workers had walked out. I can't say that I am surprised, when I walked into that office all they were doing were sitting on their asses and talking to one another. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take their RV there because they don't work on warranty work, and the mechanic they had there before that did the job on our RV, did a shitty job! We are going to find a Ford dealership to fix their work and sending them the bill. We payed over $4,000 for this work, and for them not to back up their work is shitty and irresponsible. Rhonda would of not let this happen. Very unhappy customer. read more

Can I give negative stars? Pretty please, very pretty please. Had a horrendous experience here. Horrendous. If look at my other reviews am pretty generous with my ratings yet here, can't go low enough. Broke down in my rv while checking into an rv park. Was stuck in the checkin area for almost three days in 100+ degree heat. Mechanic finally decided to come out, at the behest of the owner, and he's supposed to be best in town according to others, and of course him. He gave me a diagnosis of bad fuel injector pump. Due to this diagnosis weighed options and choose to purchase another rig as the pumps are expensive to repair and replace. Come to find out, after agreeing to donate it for veterans housing with the non working engine, measly little old me fixed it by walking through steps with a different experienced mechanic. Simple fix, didn't cost me anything to fix and then drive it to the donation place. HIGHLY FRUSTRATING! DO NOT RECOMMEND ROD PAULSON! read more

So we had a 5 week long camping trip planned. 3 days before our scheduled departure my hubby brought the Moho home to start the fridge and make sure everything was running up to snuff. Well wouldn't you know it...we couldn't get the fridge to start up. We used the fridge a month ago without issue. So we took it to Ron Paulson. Of course we didn't have an appointment and Ron was working on another vehicle when we arrived. Ron stopped what he was doing and began diagnosing what our issue was. Within 10 minutes he identified the broken sensor after attempting to reset it. He did not have a replacement sensor for our specific rig so he suggested we an RV supply store that might have the part on hand. So basically we interrupted what he was working on....he identified the broken part...he suggested a competitor who might have the part..so my husband offered him some cash for his time and trouble...you guessed it. He wouldn't take the money. Now that guy earned my business forever. As it turned out the other RV parts supplier had to order the part which showed up 4 days later but we are up and running. Dishonest. Had an awning repaired there a couple months ago. High end coach, high end awnings. Paid for genuine replacement parts allegedly from the high end manufacturer. The "repair" failed less than two months later, while I was on the road. The Texas mobile RV repair guy I called to fix the problem concluded the original repair was faulty because Paulson, Inc. did not install OEM replacement parts, but rather installed cheap, one size fits all parts that even Camping World would be ashamed to stock. read more

Huge thank you to Sam and Rhonda! Our RV travel trailer broke down in the desert about an hour away from Pahrump, NV. We had no cell signal and spotty wifi but they managed to work with us to communicate the issue and create a plan to get it fixed. They gave us a couple of options on how to proceed with fixing the problem and the cost of each option so that we could make an informed decision. Sam came out (an hour away from the shop on a HOT day) and fixed the brake. He was very knowledgable and we felt he did a great job. They charged us what they quoted, no hidden fees.
