One where you can actually ask for advice on a project you are working on and deepen your perspective on the project. THAT is Ace Westlake. I came here today and really enjoyed my visit and discussing my project with them. They really did add the perspective I reference and that has me taking a step back before moving forward, just to make sure the direction I move is the way I want to go! I always use my Ace customer number so I receive money off; good way to save some money. Service is top notch. They have true customer service. Plus all employees are knowledgeable. I love that!

Eddie checked his stock, which originally showed they had the belt in stock, but then came back to the phone and said that they did not have the belt, but to come up with my old one and we would find a match. Well... Apparently, Eddie continued to look while I was on my way. When he saw me walk through the door with the worn-out old belt, he met me within about 15 feet of the front door with the OEM belt I was looking for. He had never seen me before, but was looking out for me. This is the best customer service I've received from any retailer in quite some time. Eddie was literally waiting expectantly for me to come through that front door, and genuinely very happy to help me. Thank you, Eddie!

Not a bad little hardware store (surprisingly, they're associated with Ace Hardware)…read more I pretty much walked in, got what I needed at the time (an electrical adapter), paid my .83 cents at the register and left. This location has been here FOREVER.... I remember going here with my dad when I was a kid. And it seems like they haven't cleaned this place since then either (lots of dust all over the merchandise). But it's a hardware store, a mans place to shop so I guess some dust and a few cobwebs are acceptable. My only complaint is the selection. Since it's such a small hardware store you are limited to very little selection. And when you find what you are looking for, there is usually very little of that product as well. So don't go here expecting to have enough supplies to build a house with, but this is a great place for when you need something in a pinch.
