Pedro is knowledgeable about his profession. He knows nutrition, muscles, fitness, and people. He gives me exercises that make me work hard, but is always careful of my present level of fitness and that I don't get injured. Next, his program. He has converted his home garage into a well stocked gym. There are two large fans that keep the place comfortable even on hot Florida summer days. The place is immaculately clean. He answers any questions I have with knowledge and patience. So far, I couldn't be more pleased and I hope this review reflects that.
