Then I can stay as long as I want, but I can't reenter. The place is deceivingly big!!! It had everything I like and use regularly. Equipment is a bit crammed but not so much that you can't work out. Not crowded. There are many rooms to workout, including an outdoor area. I like the dark projection room where my recumbent bike was located. There are small towels. I highly recommend and will use again in next visit.

I am considering going OTF because I did enjoy the class and the amount of calories burnt. There's various Times to choose from for whichever time schedule you preferred. I worked out with Renee and it was a great time. PLUS the other classmates were SUPER encouraging and that made me think of this is the community I want to be in. Didn't really seem to maintain equipment or clean the place that much. For the price ($120 a year) you couldn't really beat it until planet fitness came in at $10 a month. I actually left to join Golds. My issue is when I left they called several times trying to get me to renew. I told two different people I had joined another gym and they kept calling. I finally blocked the number to this location. So then they started calling me from the 36th ave location. I told them I wasn't renewing and to stop calling. Guess what, they kept calling so I had to block that number too. It started to feel like harassment. That's the main reason for one star. Harassing me aside I would give them 2.5 stars.

I have had my hair cut there and for pedicures. Today, I went for a fast pedicure and I had Sofia. As she was doing my service, I mentioned to her that my right toe hurt. She told me I had an ingrown toe nail and she had not touch it. Which is strange as she cut the toe nail and took care of the cuticle. I said, "It was not hurting when I arrived." When I was leaving, she my name is Sofia and NEVER book with me. I felt she was rude. As I was checking out, I was asked how my service was and I told them. The manager immediately said let me make this right for you. I told her I would pay for the service but she insisted. I will go back to the Ranch as it clean but I will stay away from Sofia as rudeness in my book is not acceptable.

Pedro is knowledgeable about his profession. He knows nutrition, muscles, fitness, and people. He gives me exercises that make me work hard, but is always careful of my present level of fitness and that I don't get injured. Next, his program. He has converted his home garage into a well stocked gym. There are two large fans that keep the place comfortable even on hot Florida summer days. The place is immaculately clean. He answers any questions I have with knowledge and patience. So far, I couldn't be more pleased and I hope this review reflects that.

I kind of feel that we all have similar beliefs about how to treat others with respect and kindness; it just feels like a family atmosphere with health at the core. The coaches have a way of correcting me (if I need correcting) in the most respectful and encouraging way. There are monthly competitions that are just a fun little added bonus. This month we will be holding the plank position. Holding a plank is an important core building exercise and this inspires me to do more when I'm not at the gym. ALSO - On holidays they invite you to bring others which is a great experience for friends and family to see how fun working out can be. I can't say enough about this gym. Beginner crossfitter here! I'm working on week five at Pinnacle and I feel amazing. No more back or…read moreneck pain or sciatic discomfort, issues I discussed with coach Bert, before beginning my training. The coaches here are amazing and truly focus on your physical well-being. Stretching and warm-ups always performed prior to the exercise of the day and a cool down to complete the work out. I am a beginner and could not do some of the exercises when I started however, they were modified to suite my fitness level and I'm slowly building my strength and confidence. Coaches and members have been an awesome advantage, always encouraging each other to keep moving, keep going and don't give up. I could not have chosen a better team of crossfitters' to encourage me on my journey to a better me. Thank you guys, I am definitely hooked. Crossfit always "seemed" fit for the more advanced fitness gurus, the competitors, the tough guys. How could I compete with that level of fitness however, I have learned the only competition is with yourself, the internal battle to just do the damn exercise, get it done, you only have 2 more, I know your tired but you can do it, these guys don't scare me, I'm tough too.
