I have been participating in their Traditional Bikram 90 minutes class since December 2019. Shira is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. From my observations, the studio is following CDC guidelines. For example, they are limiting the number of students in each class maintaining social distance, disinfecting all surfaces, requesting students to stay at home if they do not feel well. Students are expected to bring their own mats, towels and drinks. After several disk herniations, practicing hot yoga has greatly improved my flexibility thus I have been able to prevent traditional surgery. Also I have more breathing and cardiovascular endurance while swimming and bicycling. As a final perk, my skin looks great :) Thank you One Hot Yoga! Wanda :)

Not only was the energy high and shared by all, the love flowing freely, and the spiritual enlightenment unsurpassed...it was all enjoyed in a beautiful setting with lovely accommodations and amazing food. You can visit during a special event, get professionally trained in all the classes they have to offer, or just stay to recharge your batteries for a while. Even if you are not a yogi, this is a warm, loving, safe, judgement free environment that will bring you peace. You will enter the "stress free yoga zone". I saw many people this weekend there that had never been and some that had never even practiced yoga and everyone really enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend a visit and I can't wait to return!
