I called Gary first thing on Wednesday, and he gave me an incredibly accurate and, most of all, FAIR quote to have my bead lock rings stripped and powder coated. I went to his shop to drop them off, and instead of just taking them and leaving me to wonder, he brought me into his shop and showed me EVERYTHING and even started stripping my ring right there! Talk about customer service!! It is incredibly hard to find a shop that will actually take the time to show you what you are going to get. Most shops nowadays just assume that you know what to expect. Gary was incredibly nice and made sure that I didn't have a single question lingering. He is incredibly nice, and you can tell he has been doing this a long time, and this is not just a job or a business to him. This is his PASSION, and he has a love for what he does. That is what really sets him apart from everyone else. This is not just a job to him. Everything that he touches will not leave his shop until it is PERFECT. He makes sure that it is up to not only your standards but his as well. They charge for pickup and delivery. Returned the chaises in virtually new condition, found replacement rollers, aligned one of the frame tops that had been twisted.
