My customer told him that wasn't the way to do it and his ego went crazy. He started yelling and swearing and demanding to be paid even tho he has now refused to load the trailer as agreed. I made an appt. for a Saturday mid-day pickup... she confirmed with me the day before, texted me when she was 15 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. Love that I didn't need to follow up with her beforehand to confirm things. All in all, things went great and I'll def. use her again if need be. Wendy was super nice, she drove super carefully, and she dropped my car right where I needed it.
