The claim we tried to file after our unit was infested with rats was not worth it. You apparently have to provide receipts for every item, most of the things we had were small appliances, text books, pictures of our family and things that no person without some kid of OCD would have kept their receipts for (not to mention the gifts that don't come with receipts). The manager couldn't care less and was even surprised when I said our unit was rat infested. She did however ask if I wanted to continue renting, but switch units (without assuring the others don't have rats).

I made a reservation for a small storage unit online, received an email confirming the reservation…read more I called Morgan Mini Storage the next morning to explain I had a reservation and wanted to rent a 5x10 unit. I spoke with Mark who was helpful. I was told I had to come in personally to sign paperwork. I called Mark again early afternoon, the same day, to confirm I was coming in shortly to do the paperwork, he said great. he also told me the price was $25 for 5x5 or $35 for 5x10 since I had an online reservation. Upon arriving in person, a woman with purple hair was immediately rude and acted as if she had no idea I was coming and there was no reservation. I had the reservation in email and showed this to her and she rolled her eyes, was very rude, and said she cant see it on her end so too bad, basically. Mark was present but the purple haired woman was the primary person "helping me". I do not leave negative reviews EVER. But this experience was beyond bad customer service or misrepresentation of fees - this was flat out rude and a waste of an hour plus of my day. All I wanted to do was give my credit card to pay for the unit. Due to this woman's attitude and refusal to honor the reservation I felt uncomfortable doing business. Even if the price was different/more I would have moved forward, but the way I was treated is totally unacceptable. The owner's of this business need to know how customers and potential customers are treated. I would never do business here and I would never refer anyone because no one should be treated this way.

The monthly charges fluctuate every month and not consistent. There are problems with rats and vermins all over the property. Customer service is a joke, I've contacted them every week hoping to get a response from the manager or someone higher up. They will not give you any information except that someone will call you back and they never do. It seems very shady that you can't speak to a district manager about the ongoing problems. There are SO many other rental units. I was willing to pay anything to get my stuff out of there and couldn't be happier. Stop giving them your money

Amazing service! I went up to this U-Haul location to get some boxes. As I was making my way to the…read moreoffice, a gentleman, who was checking in a truck, greeted me and told me he would be with me in just a moment but that I could head on in to the office. He came in a moment later and got the boxes I was wanting off from the shelves. Another gentleman came in behind him and asked which car was mine and carried my boxes to the car for me while I checked out. He didn't have to but he did :) The process was quick, I didn't have to wait, the men were very kind and professional and they carried the boxes to the car for me. Very kind people! I will definitely come to them for future storage needs and highly recommend!
