We bought a door from Secure-All about six years ago--after seeing it at Denver's Home Show. Beautiful, strong, self-storing screen. We love it. Recently, the self-storing screen quit working. We called Ken. He promptly checked the paperwork, retrieved the information he needed on the door, and we made an appointment to have the door fixed. He came this morning, took the door with him to the store, fixed the problem (required a new mechanism), returned the door in a couple of hours, and re-hung it. I researched security doors at the Home Show. Secure-All had the only all steel security screen door offered there. They had multiple designs to display from simple to very ornate. Their product had multiple features to provide robust protection and prevent simple breakdowns of the product to gain entry. After an appointment to measure my door opening, the door was manufactured and painted in Westminster and installed In about 4 hours one morning. With that hindsight, I can say that it is one of the few home improvement decisions that I've made about which I have zero regrets. The doors look and operate today as well as they did fifteen years ago. More expensive, yes, but totally worth it. This company is top notch. They installed a security door for us in 2013 and did a great job. Yet, it does not stop there because they care about their work and their customers. Today, we were having issues with the lock on the door and graphite was not working to resolve the issue. So, I sent a message via their website and within minutes Ken texted me. We texted back and forth on the issue and I was told the soonest appointment was a week away. I said that would not work because not being able to open the front door was a safety issue. Ken called me, asked if I would be here, he cancelled his 0800 appointment, and came right over. The issue was a dirty lock/bolt that Ken cleaned, instructed me on how/when to clean the lock, and all was working well. And he did not even charge me! Are you kidding me? Who does that? Like I said, a company who cares about their work and their customers. Kudos Secure-All! I apologize to the person whose appointment was cancelled yet because it only took Ken minutes, I hope he was able to get to you. (And with all his years of experience he knows!) And he came and did the install on a SUNDAY! I inquired about a custom size storm security door. Turns out they make custom doors for decorative items but when you need a particularly wide door (44") they can't do it. They buy the self storing screen components from Larson and are therefore limited to their sizes. Ken admitted that the maintenance was a nightmare. When I asked for actual photos of past doors built I was told that would take a few days - they don't take photos. This seems unusual to me. Not impressed. read more

Secure-All is a family run small business. First off, I have to say, if you are a "bargain shopper" you may want to skip this place. BUT, if you are interested in the best quality available and the best customer service in town, then Secure-All is the place for you. I had a wonderful experience from the showroom, to sales, to measurement, to installation. The stand out in service to me is the fact that everyone I talked to was good at their word. If they said they'd be on time, they were. If they said it would be done in a certain way, it was. The overall quality of the product is stellar, and frankly that is what I'm looking for in a wrought iron door - I need the best, not the cheapest. When I first started looking at buying security doors, I shopped many companies and big box stores and when I visited Ken at his Secure-All store back in '98, he explained in great detail just why his doors (while more expensive than most) are worth the investment compared to all the others out there. And when you're talkin security, you want the best. So, I agreed to purchased and install front and back security doors from Ken at Secure-All when we moved into our new home in Lowry back in 1998. This year, (2016) I decided to reverse the opening on one of our doors and since we were doing that, we chose to have Secure-All do the work and they sandblasted, repainted, reversed and rehung our back door, changed out the handles and locks just this week (6/22/16) and so as not to be vulnerable to break in while the old door was out for a couple of weeks, they installed a temporary keyed security door! They did an outstanding job. The old door came back looking like new. This company has been around for over 40 years. And owner Ken came out personally and did all the work. He knows his doors! Quality is first with this company which is why I chose them. He's super friendly, professional and informative, and shows up on time. He makes sure that everything is mounted and working perfectly and the customer is completely satisfied before he leaves. In short, this is the best quality security door company in Denver.
