I accepted the offer, sat with a banker, Jeremi M, and applied for an extension on my Line of Credit, and a lower interest rate. He gladly took my application, submitted it, and said that he would follow up with a status. I have not heard any follow-up so I assume, I didn't get qualified for the Line of Credit, which made me not follow-up-worthy. Even if it was a 'no thank you' from the lender, a simple email or call with this information would be appreciated. Please follow-up with your clients, when you say you will.

Online bill payments scheduled but not made - VERY problematic. Two debit cards sent to me - one with my middle initial, one with my full middle name. I used to be the Treasurer for a non-profit trade organization; transferred everything to the incoming treasurer. 4 years later, realize they never took me off as an authorized signer - could have drained their account at will! I could go on, but you get the gist - Old National is weak administratively, has disengaged customer service and s weak online banking system. Pretty much a failure as a banking institution.

Even though they are across the street it's almost like they are on different planets. Wings offers great account options all with no or smaller fees. Rates are consistently more favorable regardless of the product in question. They aren't perfect in that you can find higher returns or even lower interest rates for car or house loans elsewhere, but they are almost always more favorable than other local institutions. The staff is great, the facility is nice, their mobile app makes it so you almost never have to go to a branch. I have to ding them for their service via phone, you could wait a while to get to talk to a human on the phone. I feel pretty good about keeping my money there and guess you would too...

Since the checks from this sender have been issued and processed seamlessly before it's my understanding that this branch decided not to verify my transaction, but since other Wells Fargo branches have processed these documents without issue l, I'm left wondering how they defend the inaccurate check verification practices and lack of helpfulness or service oriented approach.
