She made a couple of suggestions about changes we could make to hold the cost down. She also told me that we needed an umbrella policy to protect our assets. She was able to 'shop' our policy and we ended up saving several hundred dollars between our homeowners and auto policies. But the best part was how responsive they were. I looked for the closest service center and found Jeff at Walker Business Machines. He told me he could look at it if I brought it from Pensacola Florida to him but suggested I try a few things and if that did not work email him and he would send some links to help resolve the issue. I had to email him but he sent the links and I followed the instruction and resolved my issue! He was very helpful, considerate, and knowgledgable. I HIGHLY recommend them. In my experience any one can sell you product but service is what makes the difference. My nect printer will be from them even if it is an hour and a half away.
