The guy did want to make it right by replacing the screen again while i waited. He offered a screen protecter as compensation (cheap one telling me it was a 30 dollar value but was just a film). When I got home and gave the phone to my daughter she quickly discovered that the face reconition now dosent work. Called him twice with no call back. Called the Geek Squad. at Best Buy in Destin and explained the issue. We were told if we wanted additional service we would have to pay again. Requested to speak to a manager. Was told he would call the following day. Did not receive a call back. It is obvious that the Geek Squad and Best Buy to not stand behind their service. The total time between the install and lack of response was two weeks. Cannot recommend any service involving the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Destin, FL

They will call you two hours before they are supposed to arrive and cancel and when they reschedule they will not show up. The delivery team will come and drop off equipment when you believe that the installation crew is finally coming to install the equipment.  Yes, this has been my experience with Best Buy in Destin. I just don't believe this is how you treat a long term customer that has paid to be part of their special club. Well any customer for that matter.  I told the delivery guys to take the product back where they got it and I will cancel my membership and get a refund on the equipment I purchased from them. The degree of communication and the apathy for the customer leads me to find a different company to supply my electronics and appliance needs. Seriously, think twice before using this company. They just may leave you high, dry & frustrated just like me!!

I thought if I took it somewhere for these issues, I would be told I would need to get a new laptop and microsoft will no longer support or upgrade....then I found Bee Computer Solutions! I feel like I have a new computer. Bob did not try to sell me on how I would need a new computer and that it could be fixed. It only took him a couple days to resolve the issues. I had a bad hard drive that was failing for one thing. He quoted me a price and I left my computer with him. When I went to pick it up, Bob was true to his word and what he quoted me was what I paid which was so very reasonable! I can't thank him enough and I was lucky to find him. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for any computer issues. I highly recommend him! Thank you again Bob! You are the BEST!
